We are a Caribbean street food business that provides 16-24-year-olds with paid work experience and the tools to jump-start and excel in their chosen career... The program works with the participants to develop their professional skills and confidence. We run a variety of workshops on CV building, entrepreneurship, customer service and sales to create a solid foundation for their future careers. We offer the chance to gain qualifications in food and hygiene, as well as training alongside some of the best Chefs in London... Furthermore, we work with some of the biggest events and festivals across the UK to offer invaluable work experience.
