Aaron loves creating spaces that explore all aspects of design before ultimately creating a design for clients that they're proud to call their own. A keen sport's fan, Aaron enjoys football and has played cricket all throughout his life.

As Head of Business Development, Abby is responsible for bringing new clients into the business and advising them on the best way to approach office refurbishment and relocation projects. She has a wealth of experience in the sector and an in-depth knowledge of what will help create the perfect workplace for our clients. Abby has been responsible for helping secure some of our key office design and build projects including the award winning office for The Trade Desk and the impressive project, Mondrian.
When not talking all things offices, Abby is happiest when exploring new places and enjoying good food and wine with friends and family.

Alan has a deep understanding of Peldon Rose and our clients. Having been here for over 20 years, he oversees, supervises and manages the daily operations of the Group. Alan ensures internal processes are efficient while maintaining high standards throughout every aspect of what we do and has a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering.

As a Senior Commercial Manager in the Landlord department, Alex is responsible for project specification, cost management, tender analysis and client liaison. He often works closely with the design team, bringing his previous experience working with listed buildings, banks and high-end commercial to ensure our project designs are completed successfully, with a happy client.
In his spare time Alex enjoys travel, training at the gym and spending time with his two French bulldogs.
You'll find Alexandru out on site delivering our day two projects for our Clients for Life. His role is to manage and deliver fast-track construction projects while providing the best service. Alex also ensures that all of our Client Focus sites are run in accordance with the highest standard. Alex is the friend you can rely on when you need him, and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, especially when this involves a BBQ with friends!

Alice works in the Marketing team and is responsible for telling the story behind the spaces we create for our clients. Her role focuses on writing about our work and bringing the spaces to life through photography and video. Alice loves talking to clients and colleagues about the design process, their passions, and the journey to deliver the finished workplace.
Outside of work Alice is a writer and published author, and loves spending her free time with friends and family, drinking wine and running.

As a Technical Services Manager, Andrew's responsible for checking that all design and install on our sites meet all relevant British standards and ensuring our clients receive a compliant and safe workplace. Andrew appreciates spending much of his time on site, and enjoys seeing the site's transformation into an incredible end product for our clients.
Outside of work, Andrew's a big trainer enthusiast will an extensive collection. He also enjoys music and gigs, watching football and playing far too much golf.

Aris's role as a Business Development Analyst allows him to help optimise business processes, research sales leads and provide forecasts and visualisations. He believes implementing business processes, promoting data integrity, and having an organised database is vital for a successful business. His key to success? Collaboration and communication. Working within a healthy environment, Aris is able to enhance his performance and productivity, one of the many reasons he is proud to work at Peldon Rose.
The seventh art is Aris' passion, and he loves literature too. While growing up in Greece, he learned how to row, and it's been his hobby ever since.

Ben's background is in delivering projects in the residential sector. As an Assistant Pre Contract Manager, Ben supports the Pre Contracts team on liaising with sub-contractors and pricing projects to ensure we can deliver the perfect workspace for our clients.

Caroline joined Peldon Rose in 2010 as an Accounts Assistant having previously worked for a Builders Merchant in Wandsworth for seven years. She is married with two children and enjoys spending time with the family and socialising with friends in and out of work. In her spare time Caroline loves trips to the cinema, gardening and pretending she enjoys going to the gym. She is a big fan of Game of Thrones and is currently reading the books.
Carys is a Project Director in our SME Team. Carys manages projects from conception to completion and particularly enjoys getting to know clients and their needs, to ensure any changes or additions to their workspace are effective and worthwhile. Every project and every client is different, each needs a tailored approach, so no two days are the same!
Outside Peldon Rose, Carys is always looking forward to the next holiday abroad, or closer to home is usually taking the dog out on a long walk or trying out a new restaurant or bar with friends.
Charlie is a Project Manager, based across Peldon Rose's construction sites. His role involves ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time. He loves being part of the project from the start and seeing the finished, fully functional space with a happy client.
In his spare time Charlie enjoys football and golf.
