We have been producing quality floor plans since 1999 for some of the regions most respected Estate Agents and Property Developers. The Company is headed up by Martyn Austin, who has many years experience in measured building surveys and producing floor plans, and he is supported by a team of CAD professionals with a strong back ground in CAD (Computer Aided Design) and drawing floor plans. This enables a rapid turn around of instructions, another asset to the busy Estate agent... Ideally based for the Midlands, Cotswolds and the Welsh borders, we provide a well respected and high quality floor plan service. Distance and size of property is no object. From small Cottages, to Large Estates, we have experience of all types of property. As well as carrying out measured floor plan surveys, we can also reproduce plans from Architects drawings or update plans from a previous set of particulars. Site plans can be provided showing the relationship of a group of buildings.
