Al is a UK-qualified solicitor with nearly 20 years of experience and a partner in the antitrust team of an international law firm. He lives in East London and has a keen interest in social issues.
A solicitor working within the international capital markets group of Allen & Overy LLP in London, Andrew has experience of advising international banks and corporations on a range of financing transactions.
Previously, Andrew worked as a volunteer for a variety of organisations including the Islington Churches Cold Weather Shelter (organised by CARIS Islington), the Citizens Advice Bureau and the Free Representation Unit.
Corin has been involved with homelessness services for over 20 years, working across the sector and specialising in developing employment and training programmes.
Currently, he leads disability charity, Livability's, community engagement work. Corin also maintains regular involvement with an Anglican Church in King's Cross, where he's trying to learn how to be a better neighbour with others who are already good at it.
Danielle has extensive experience both within statutory services and third-sector organisations working with housing, substance misuse and criminal justice. Passionate about breaking the cycles of homelessness, addiction, and offending.
David enjoyed a 30-year career as Managing Director in investment banking. He was responsible for Operations across the globe, primarily in London and New York.
Currently a Magistrate for the London South Eastern Region, David sits in Adult, Youth and Family Courts as a chairman and sits on Appeals in the Crown Courts. He is former Chairman of the Bench, former Chair of the London Bench Chairs and assists in the training and development of magistrates.
David also volunteers with the British Red Cross and a family Contact Centre.
Dr. Olaolu Olabintan is renowned for his unwavering commitment to academic excellence. He graduated from King's College London with distinction and earned the coveted Beany Scholarship. He is passionate about advancing diversity within the medical field and co-founded Modern Day Medics CIC-a non-profit organization dedicated to championing and celebrating success in medicine within the black community.

Jessica joined us after working at homeless charity Single Homeless Project as a support worker. Jessica has a background in counselling and has lent her skills and experience to SCT as our Progression worker, supporting students into training and employment, before becoming the Training and Development Manager, looking after all activities at our Recovery Hub. Jessica loves travelling and has enjoyed skiing on some of the best slopes the world has to offer.

Leah joined the charity as Director of Retail in 2019. After graduating, Leah worked across the creative and luxury fashion industries internationally, specialising in Visual Merchandising and Buying, until transferring to the third sector. Now, with over decade of charity retail leadership across the globe, a reputation for innovation and a passion for sustainable retail, she is a pioneer of the charity retail revolution.
Leah's world travels spanned many years, during this time she learnt the importance of compassion and community and is now leading the SCT retail team to maximise impact within our shops as thriving and welcoming spaces.

As Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communication, Liz is responsible for income generation as well as SCT's brand and communications, and digital marketing.
Liz joined SCT in June 2023. She has over 20 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, and, more recently fundraising. During her varied career she has worked in the private, public and charity sectors.
She has a passion for storytelling and enjoys using her creativity to reach and engage audiences, inspiring people to support a cause.
Lorri has 20 years of experience working in social housing, both specialist services and general needs. She is experienced in shaping and delivering transformational change programmes, developing the customer voice, and shaping and improving sustainable services.

As Director of Services, Louisa leads our services teams in supported housing, homelessness support, training and development, and our Recovery Hostel's Therapeutic Programme.
Louisa joined SCT after several years' leadership in homelessness. Prior to this, Louisa completed a PhD in Forensic Psychology, focusing on suicide prevention and management of self-injury in prisons, subsequently gaining extensive experience in the field of mental health management. Despite having joined SCT in the midst of lockdown, Louisa has quickly become an indispensable part of our leadership team.
Matthew is a financial professional with an expertise in investment management. He chairs the Referral Order Panels for the Youth Offending Team at Woolwich Council and sits in Adult and Family Courts as a Magistrate for the London South Eastern Region.
Matthew has many years experience in the Territorial Army and volunteers regularly with various charities including Crisis.

Nancy manages our supported housing and has worked in social care for over 20 years.
Previously she has managed the provision of care and support in a variety of settings including residential care for people with mental health problems and learning difficulties.
Nicole has 46 years of experience as an education leader and was awarded the Essex County Council Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018. She is passionate about the education of girls and empowering them to believe in themselves and supporting their ambitions for the future.
Philip has been a trustee of SCT for over 10 years and Chair since January 2013. A retiree, he formerly held senior management roles in the financial services sector.
A chartered accountant and management consultant by background, since retirement he has taken on a series of non-executive and trustee roles in the voluntary and public sector.
He is currently lay member for a number of Clinical Commissioning Groups in North West London, Chair of Governors of 2 large primary schools, a non-executive on a Housing Association and trustee of a number of charities.
Raj Gill joined SCT as trustee in 2018. Raj lives with his family in Guildford, works for property development and investment company, British Land, and is a member of a Salvation Army church.

With experience in charities across the world, Tony brings years of expertise in developing services for vulnerable people, community programmes, and leading not-for-profit enterprises.

Verna has over 18 years of experience working in Social Housing and nearly 7 and a half years working in the charity sector working with homelessness, substance abuse and other complex needs. Almost three of these years have been spent working in Housing First.
