Ania Musial

Ania began her career in the hospitality industry in 2004 and over time she worked her way up from Receptionist to General Manager and has now gained sixteen years of experience. More recently, Ania has spent her time in an operational role involving guest relations, team management, revenue management, finance, budgeting, marketing and sales. In 2018 Ania joined Anglo Fortune Asset Management to help run their serviced apartment operation and bring her experience to the fore. This has required her to develop & nurture this side of the business driving revenues and streamlining processes. In this time Ania has demonstrated her willingness to take ownership of her responsibilities and her commitment to seeing projects through to the end regardless of challenges faced. Due to her development she is now responsible for operations across the AFAM portfolio.

Charmaine Tan

Charmaine joins Anglo Fortune Asset Management as Operations Manager, bringing over 20 years of Property Management experience gained working in London and across Asia. Charmaine started her property management career at a small boutique agency in West London specialising in residential property, progressing to hold senior positions within the property management departments at multi-national firms Chestertons & Savills UK, moving to Savills Hong Kong in 2006. She then went on to become Head of Property Management at Habitat Property Management, a well-known independent agency in Hong Kong specialising in luxury real estate. During her time at the helm, Charmaine grew the portfolio from 30 properties to over 100 properties under management. After 8 years in Hong Kong, Charmaine and her family relocated to Singapore where she worked for The Ascott managing their large portfolio of Singapore's iconic colonial era "black and white" houses. She subsequently moved to CBRE to help manage the luxury residential portfolio on Sentosa Island. After 12 years in Asia, Charmaine and her family moved back to the UK in 2019 where she joined Ilchester Estates to oversee the management of their large private family estate. She moved to Anglo Fortune Asset Management in January 2022.

Jamie Cozens - Managing Director

Formerly a property agent specialising in lettings & management within the London market, Jamie has over fifteen years' experience in residential real estate across the capital. In 2008 he started his career at an independent agency in Canary Wharf and over time progressed to running expansive investment portfolios for some of the UK's most prominent property service providers, with great success. In 2017, Jamie joined Anglo Fortune Capital Group to bring his expertise to their Asset Management and PRS ventures from a London base and the following year Anglo Fortune Asset Management was formed. Since then, AFAM has grown to manage over £200M in residential property and continues to expand. Jamie's strong track record and reputation gave him the platform to curate an exceptional network within London real estate which has paid dividends during AFAM's formative years. In addition to his role at AFAM Jamie also fulfils the role of Director within Anglo Fortune Capital Group.

Kin Lee

Formerly a banker with over 15 years' experience in the wealth management and capital markets, Kin has extensive experience in finance and asset allocation. Kin has previously worked over 6 years as a managing partner of a boutique European real estate company. During that time, he has successfully transacted over £600 Million worth of London properties and have advised on countless others. He draws upon his experience in capital markets, real estate and forex markets to plan and advise clients on asset allocation. Economic themes and capital flows are carefully studied before recommending clients on their portfolio investments. Kin incorporated Anglo Fortune Capital Group in 2016 to expand the business to the next level. Servicing clients from South East Asia and now expanding to North Asia, Kin has a deep understanding of investor needs and objectives. Kin is the Founder & CEO of Anglo Fortune Capital Group and acts in a non-executive role on the advisory board for Anglo Fortune Asset Management.

Nathan Cozens

Nathan has 35 years of expertise in the acquisition, development and promotion of residential schemes in and around Greater London. He initially gained his experience in construction as a Quantity Surveyor with Trafalgar House Group in the City of London and then moved on to develop high value residential projects in the prime London areas during the 80s and, in the 90s. Nathan became a Partner at a leading Hong Kong based real estate business, Rubicon Properties International, promoting landmark UK developments to Far East Asian and Middle Eastern investors. In doing so he created a Central London property portfolio under management in excess of £550M by 2000. In 2001 Nathan joined Pearl Pacific, a Far East Asian property investment fund, as its principle fund manager, focusing on the development of commercial, retail and residential schemes in and around Central London. This culminated in the construction and launch of the first serviced apartment hotel at Heathrow Airport. In 2007, Nathan moved on to assist in the design and creation of the XBond Deposit Bond product for Zurich Bank. Nathan now fulfils the role of Partner within Anglo Fortune Capital Group and has overseen the legal acquisition of £245M in London residential property for Hong Kong investors since 2013. He acts in a non-executive role on the advisory board for Anglo Fortune Asset Management.

Susan Sims

Susan started her career in business consulting, management and administration in small private companies spanning Hong Kong, China, Australia and the UK. Her experience ranges from managing operational businesses with up to 150 employees in the hospitality industry to managing commercial properties with long term public-sector tenants. She expanded her work experience further in business consulting connecting international companies to trade and setting up factories in China. Her strengths in addition to business management lie in her communication skills and her ability to speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, French and German. Susan now fulfils the role of Finance Manager at Anglo Fortune Asset Management and also supports the business with their cross-border relations & commerce.

Tom Shlovsky

Having achieved a degree in Business and Economics from University of Exeter, Tom worked as a financial assistant for a leading UK pharmaceutical company. He was responsible for managing the accounts and invoices of over 100 key hospital clients based in the United Kingdom and Europe. In 2018 Tom joined his E-commerce family company to manage all financial aspects of the business. This involved filing company accounts, forecasting sales revenue, analysing cyclical trends, negotiating agent and suppliers' fees, identifying business bottlenecks and finding efficient ways to overcome them. Tom is currently studying towards ACCA chartered qualified accountant exams. Tom joined Anglo Fortune Asset Management in June 2022.
