Caroline studied Business and Management at Bournemouth University. In 2006 Caroline joined Grafton as a PA. After a year in that position she moved into the recruitment side of the business. Now with over 11 years' experience she has built up an excellent rapport with engineers and clients.

Jack is the Senior Accounts Assistant at the company. He has been a proud member of the team for over three years. Jack particularly enjoys being part of a unique industry & working with such a diverse range of people. He is a supporter of local football club AFC Bournemouth.
John served his apprenticeship in precision engineering during which he attended technical college finishing his time in the drawing office. Soon after, he moved on to work in production design involving assembly jigs and fixtures. He then moved to Germany initially as a design engineer working on avionic test rigs. After this he worked as a general manager for a sub-contract design company prior to acting as an engineering consultant to a software company.
Upon returning to the UK in 1986 he worked briefly as a consultant before setting up Grafton Espace to support the space sector. As principle and managing director, John has gained a broad knowledge of the workings of the industry having worked closely with many companies on various projects, including their resource requirements.
Maksuda is dedicated, passionate and straight forward. Being a technically qualified member of the resourcing team means she is very familiar with the needs of space industry companies.
