Admir joined Goal in 2021 as Client Services Manager, APAC. He has over 6 years' experience in the finance and investment banking industry, predominantly with Vanguard Investments, Australia. Initially working within Client Services, he then moved into the investment operations space working within reconciliations across equity and fixed income portfolios. Admir possesses strong knowledge of corporate and class actions, tax reclaims and trade settlements. As client services manager, APAC, he will be highly committed to building and fostering relationships, ensuring all our clients receive exceptional service and an amazing experience with Goal.

Anne joined Goal in 2022 as our Marketing Executive supporting our continual growth and development to meet market demands. Reporting to Vicky Dean, her role involves managing brand communications, co-ordination of events and award nominations as well as day-to-day social media, advertising and increasing brand awareness. She brings a wealth of experience to the team of over 20 years in marketing, both brand and agency side. Her experience is within financial services and companies serving high net worth clients. She holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing Design and has trained as a personal development coach.

Austen joined Goal in 2021 as Sales Support Manager, EMEA. He has 22 years of operations experience, predominately in the world of taxation, either in an investment bank environment or wealth management capacity. Austen has successfully seen the return of literally tens of millions of pounds in withholding tax reclaims from various tax authorities for individuals and institutions. In this role, Austen reports to Vicky Dean and is responsible for all sales support activities for EMEA. Austen began his career at Pershing gaining valuable experience and knowledge, which in turn lead him to UBS, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Charles Stanley and most recently, Deutsche Bank.
Bryan joined in 2021 as a Brand Ambassador, APAC. With over 35 years of industry experience in Australia and New Zealand he has held senior management, client services and sales roles with State Street Bank and most recently, over the last 20 years, at JP Morgan, where he grew the business to become the largest custodial services provider in Australia with assets under custody of over $1 trillion. As well as having been a director and chairman, twice, of the Australian Custodial Services Association; he is also an MAICD of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a CA ANZ of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. At Goal, Bryan will continue to promote the company with our long-standing clients and work alongside our sales force to network and generate new business.

Carmen joined Goal in 2021 with over 9 years of experience in the finance and investment banking industry, working for companies including National Australia Bank, MUFG Securities and Vanguard Investments Australia. Prior to joining, Carmen was a senior investment operations' associate within the reconciliation's division at Vanguard, where she was able to gain exposure and develop her understanding on corporate and class actions, tax reclaims and trade settlements. As client services manager, APAC, she will be highly committed to building and fostering relationships, ensuring all our clients receive exceptional service and an amazing experience with Goal.

Carol joined Goal in 2012 within our operations team. Shortly assuming a more supervisory role, she has been integral to the development of our core service and enhancement to our applications. In 2017, when operations were centralised in New York, she was promoted to head of operations, EMEA, where she assumes responsibility for our global finance department as well as regional based operational staff. Prior to Goal, Carol was based in London working for a Private Limited Company that provided employee benefit and financial planning consultancy services. Within this role she was able to gain 10+ years' experience in building strong client relationships and ensuring outstanding service delivery; skills that have been invaluable and further refined at Goal.

Caroline has been with Goal team since 2015. Initially working within operations and client services, she has recently been promoted to manager, class actions operations. Prior to joining Goal, she held senior administrative and client service roles within the financial services industry working with wealth, fund and investment managers, pension providers and financial advisors. In her new role, she is an SME within the securities class actions recoveries team and has been heavily involved in the enhancement of our technologies ultimately ensuring that the operations team provide the best and most seamless service to our clients, and the wider chain such as law firms, custodians and claims administrators.

Lottie joined Goal in 2012 as part of the securities class actions recoveries team. After gaining valuable experience and knowledge, she quickly progressed to a supervisory role and worked with New York, training new staff. In, 2017, she was promoted to Client Services Manager, raising Goal's overall client satisfaction, and progressing the company's digital journey. In 2021, Lottie was promoted to Senior Client Services Manager, EMEA. Her role involves enhancing client experiences and strengthening relationships across the company through regular service reviews and day-to-day query handling, as well as assisting with new business development.
Daron Pearce is an award-winning industry leader, highly skilled board member and extremely successful chief executive. Prior to founding his consultancy, Daron Pearce Associates, he served as CEO of BNY Mellon Asset Servicing in EMEA, where he had been for over 20 years. Other experience includes providing governance and oversight for top tier US banking and asset management franchises, contributing to a variety of industry bodies and capitalising on experience gained in his previous roles as operations director at Baring Asset Management and Norwich Union Investment Management, as well as head of European master custody at JP Morgan. As our Brand Ambassador, EMEA, Daron will draw on his extensive and well-established network to promote the products and services Goal can offer to the financial services community.

Debbie joined Goal in 2017 with over 25 years' experience in the banking industry, including client services, securities lending, corporate actions, and project management. Since joining, she has worked in various departments including IT, finance, and client services, but her main role has been managing projects and the rollout of several large initiatives including ADRoit and the introduction of our award nominated cloud-based applications. Debbie has recently assumed the role of client services manager, EMEA, where she is looking forward to being able to work more closely with our clients to nurture and develop the relationships.

Jennifer re-joined Goal in 2021 as sales support manager, APAC, working in our Melbourne office. She brings with her almost 20 years' experience within the financial services industry. Having worked in key client services and account management roles at boutique investment management firms and at Bank of New York Mellon, she will continue to use her exceptional client management skills, a passion for improving efficiencies for both clients and internal stakeholders as well subject matter expertise in securities class actions recoveries and withholding tax reclaims.

John joined Goal in 2021 as Operations Manager with 30+ years of industry experience in operations. Prior to this he was a VP in Corporate Actions for BNYM Pershing and Deutsche Bank. He has also worked in a variety of other roles including Agency Lending operations, Risk and Control, Dividends and Oversight. In his role with Goal, John will oversee our entire New York based operations team who process our securities class actions recoveries, withholding tax reclaims and ADR elections.

Juanita has been with Goal since 2017, initially working within the securities class actions recoveries operations team working then assisting our global research team. Prior to joining Goal, she held various positions at FTSE and Interactive Data Corporation (now Intercontinental Exchange), where she primarily focused on both corporate and class actions. In her most recent role as client services manager, Americas, Juanita will focus on day-to-day client service as well as building relationships with the existing client base, some of which are Goal's largest clients. Juanita is also pursuing an MBA which will be completed in November 2021.

Julia joined Goal in 2021 as our senior client services Manager, Americas. Based in our New York office, she is an experienced financial services professional who has worked at major Japanese financial institutions, including Daiwa and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank. As senior client services manager, she is responsible for day-to-day client liaison, including query handling, reporting and service reviews. She has native-level fluency in Japanese and looks forward to Goal expanding our client base and supporting clients with these skills.
Kris joined Goal in 2021 with over 20 years' experience in financial services starting his career at one of the largest custodians in the world. Beginning in global operations, specifically in withholding tax reclamation including global documentation; he eventually moved into relationship management and worked with various clients including retirement plans, endowments, and not-for-profit entities. He has since continued his journey at one of the largest mutual funds and recordkeepers, then most recently within the class actions space. At Goal, Kris will work within the Americas sales team to continually drive the business forward.
Marie joined Goal in 2010 with over 25 years' experience in the banking industry including settlements, reconciliations, audits, dividends, corporate actions and withholding tax reclamation. She has previously worked within the operations teams for class actions, withholding tax recoveries and tax research within Goal, where she has most recently assumed the role of Audit & Data Protection Officer, reporting directly to the CEO. Within this role, she is responsible for Data Protection and ensuring the quality and information security management systems within the company, comply to international standards. Marie utilises her considerable experience to ensure that our diverse and rapidly expanding client base receive an exemplary level of service.

Nicole joined in 2021 as Sales Support Manager, America's, providing assistance to the US-based sales team. She has spent the last 20 years in the financial service industry, coming to us from Brown Brothers Harriman. At BBH she held titles of Vice President and Project Manager working in the Office of Globalization on transition management, vendor relations and automation projects. She has a proven track record for employing Agile and Lean Six Sigma strategies to reduce costs and drive results by leading transformation initiatives. Nicole graduated Summa Cum Laude with MBA from Franklin Pierce University, is a certified Scrum Master and holds her Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Sarah joined Goal in November 2021 as our Global Head of Research and Product Development. She joins us with a unique blend of over 17 years in Tax Operations at Citi, Deutsche Bank, Nomura and Barclays Capital. This combined with over 4 years as Senior Sales Tax, Business and Product development at HIS Markit and most recently, TAINA. Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge from her two decades of experience in tax operations, regulatory and compliance standards as well as sales and development within financial services and has experience in the world of withholding tax reclaims, relief at source, FATCA, common reporting standards, QI compliance and due diligence.

Shane joined Goal in 2020 as director of client services, APAC. With over 25 years of financial industry experience working for companies based in Australia and London, his previous roles have been at Colonial First State Investments, Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust, Lloyd's Securities Services and most recently at Citi in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he was spearheading the client service team. As director of client services, APAC, Shane is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction throughout the region by supporting our sales efforts and client services managers.
Simon joined Goal in 2021 based in Singapore to support and drive the growth of the business. With 40 years of direct securities services related industry experience in London, Luxembourg and Singapore, he has worked in multiple senior management roles with some of the largest firms in the industry including Chase, BNY, Citi, Swift, BBH and, most recently, as COO at Standard Chartered. Simon is an international member of the Institute of Directors and has been recognized by Global Custodian Magazine as a ‘Legend of securities services', being inducted into their hall of fame in 2009 for an ‘outstanding contribution to the securities services industry'. At Goal, Simon is focused on raising the awareness of the importance of, and engagement with, withholding tax reclaims and securities class actions recoveries for the Asian investment community.
Stephen was appointed as CEO in November 2002 having previously held senior operational and business management positions with Mercury Asset Management Ltd, Bank of America N.T & S.A and most latterly with Citigroup N.A. where he was Senior Vice President within their Global Transaction Services group. He has accreditations in Cost Accounting from the University of California, Berkeley and in Production Dynamics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Stephen is a former Justice of the Peace and a long-standing member of the Institute of Directors.

Vicky joined the EMEA team in 2014 within Sales & Relationship Management with responsibility for our tax-related services, she has since taken on various sales-based and client services roles within the company including establishing the New York office in 2015 and further expanding the business into a new region. Prior to joining Goal, Vicky held senior sales roles in financial services, luxury yachting and in the world of duty free where she worked as an export sales manager, supporting the diplomatic corps around the world. Vicky graduated with a BA Joint Honours degree in French and German from Manchester University and can speak fluent English, French, German and basic conversational Spanish.
