Chris Herringshaw is Chief Technology Officer at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2021. He is responsible for all aspects of the technology program and is a member of the Janus Henderson Executive Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 2019 as global head of infrastructure, Chris spent more than fifteen years at Citadel Investment Group, most recently as managing director of global infrastructure technology. Before that, he founded Quova (now Neustar IP Intelligence) and served as vice president of engineering while creating their patented geolocation technology, and then as chief technology officer. Earlier in his career, he held technology leadership roles with several firms including Softbank Venture Capital.
Chris holds a BS degree in computer systems engineering from the University of Michigan. He serves on the Engineering Advisory Board at the University of Michigan College of Engineering and is a member of the Institutional Investor Financial Technology Forum. He has 30 years of information technology experience and more than 18 of that in the financial industry.

Georgina Fogo is Chief Risk Officer at Janus Henderson Investors, a position she has held since joining the firm in 2018. She is responsible for the Global Risk and Compliance functions. She came to Janus Henderson from BlackRock, where she served in various roles since 2009, most recently as managing director and global chief compliance officer from 2015. Prior to that, she had numerous positions with Barclays Global Investors Limited (BGI) from 2002, the last being principal, head of product advisory compliance based in San Francisco. Earlier, she was with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers in various roles from 1998. She began her career in 1997 with Merrill Lynch Investment Bank as an equity sales assistant.
Georgina received a BA degree in history and political science and an MA (Hons) in political science from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. She holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and has 27 years of financial industry experience.

Ignacio De La Maza is Head of EMEA & LatAm Client Group at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, he heads the institutional and intermediary business across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Ignacio previously held this position with an intermediary focus and added institutional to his role in 2024. Additionally, Ignacio is a member of the Janus Henderson Executive Committee. Before this, he was head of sales, continental Europe & Latin America at the firm from 2017.
