Erik Halverson is a Senior Managing Director at OneEleven Residential and is responsible for sourcing, capitalizing, and developing new multifamily projects. Prior to joining OneEleven, Erik was actively involved in the development of more than 2,300 multifamily units spanning garden, mid-rise, and high-rise product types. Most recently, Erik served as Vice President & Development Partner for Jefferson Apartment Group's Florida division. He began his multifamily development career at Picerne Real Estate Group and prior to that was in the construction industry. Erik earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.

Before forming OneEleven, John Zeledon held the position of Managing Director with two of the most dominant and well-respected development companies within the multifamily sector- Trammell Crow Residential and Alliance Residential. During his 25-year career, Mr. Zeledon has developed a wide range of product types, including affordable, garden, townhouse, high-density, affordable senior, single family (rental), and mixed-use. Most notably, he developed the first DualDeck multifamily community which was featured by the Multifamily Executive as the cover story of the November/December 2017 issue. Zeledon received an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a bachelor's degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
