Adolfo Meza is an executive coach specializing in powerful leadership of impact companies. He holds an MBA from SDSU, a EE from Universidad Iberoamericana. Adolfo's work experience is diverse, ranging from marketing and business development, to design and quality in the manufacturing and software industries.
In 2016, being a firm believer that experience is not pre-meditated, Adolfo committed to his dream of building legacy and sharing knowledge with like-minded people. In 2017 he graduated from George Kenney's (Founder of VC Shepherd Ventures) Entrepreneur's Boot Camp and has since been an asset to the firm as an EIR.
His greatest interest is consulting, teaching, and learning from strong, humble and honest people looking to change the world.
Life, in his opinion, can be respected and enjoyed to a deeper level when martial arts are practiced. The theory of surviving, thriving and serving are all a visceral part of Krav Maga, and that is why Adolfo has chosen this method out of any other to serve his community with.
My name is Christina and I am so glad you're here! Since 2021 I have been training under Tony Cohen as a Krav Maga instructor, with a focus on female self-defense. After being bullied throughout my life, I developed a passion for helping others see their existing beauty, while feeling safe. By the time we're finished with your session(s), I want you to feel confident, worthwhile, and loved. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly, and willing to travel to your location or to the great outdoors.

Tony Cohen is a master instructor and the founder of 1947 Krav Maga. He is also the founder of San Diego Keto Club
Tony Cohen has been teaching military Krav Maga to professional personnel for decades, and civilian classes since 2011 upon separation from the State of Israel. He has notable students like Daniel Craig and Clive Owen. Tony is an active member of the Ocean Beach community, and cares about everyone's safety; and as such has come out of retirement specifically to assist with community outreach and women's safety courses.
Tony is one of the few instructors that are licensed to teach Military level classes to civilians. His course does not use a belt system, and is not meant to require repeat classes in order to complete the training.
