As president and CEO, Beejal is a highly motivated and accomplished professional with an Executive MBA and BS in Marketing Management from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech. Beejal possesses a strong and diverse operations and business development background with over 20 years of experience within the travel, telecom and government contracting industries. As CEO Beejal leads in creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of 2BTech Solutions, LLC. She also enjoys being the external face of 2BTech Solutions networking, building relationships and quality teams. Beejal started her career at US Airways Corporate and eventually moved into the Federal IT consulting arena working at Booz Allen and other top firms. In 2018 Beejal decided to focus on building a company alongside her father, who were both passionate about delivering quality services and solutions to the Federal Government. Beejal throughout this process has thrived on building a workplace that is diverse, fast paced and where all employees are treated with integrity, in turn creating a thriving working environment at 2BTech Solutions, LLC. Beejal resides in Chantilly VA with her family and 3 kids, she loves her VT Hokies and spending time with family and friends.

Ben is a West Point graduate who carries twenty-nine years of experience working with government, commercial and military entities. As COO Ben is responsible for daily operations and is key in managing over programs and delivering IT solutions to his clients. He has nineteen years of specialized experience working on network security, architecture & design and implementation, vulnerability testing and audits, and certification & accreditation. As well as developed and written numerous system security plans, test plans and procedures, organizational security policies and guidelines as well as tested and ensured compliance of multi-organizational network to Federal Government security standards. He has led teams performing security audits and reviews both locally and internationally and developed and instituted training for U.S. Army Reserve soldiers on vulnerability assessments and security issues. Ben is passionate about the Miami Dolphins, NY Mets and his 3 kids and wife.
Damian has 20 years of experience in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community leading advanced research, development, test and evaluation programs. He is a highly motivated self-starter who is task oriented, responsive, organized, and driven towards the highest degrees of success. He motivates outstanding performance with a willingness to share knowledge and experience, an inclusive team-centric approach towards problem solving, encouragement of independent task ownership, and genuine interest in the success of others. He has a demonstrated history of leading distributed multi-disciplinary engineering teams implementing cutting-edge technology development initiatives. More recently, Damian joined the Intelligence Community where he serves as an Executive Manager for a private science and engineering consulting company providing expertise in enterprise-level integrated intelligence exploitation, commercial data initiatives, global situational awareness, multi-INT data fusion and sense-making. He is currently leading an award-winning team developing classified analytic tools emphasizing data fusion & enrichment, patterns-of-life analysis, datamining, artificial intelligence and machine learning; all hosted within Amazon Web Service's (AWS) Commercial Cloud Services (C2S). Throughout his career, he has excelled at finding innovative and effective ways to identify and win new business opportunities, develop outstanding customer relationships, and inspire those around him to realize their full potential as valued contributors. He holds Bachelors of Science in Physics and Electrical Engineering from Delaware State University.

Kirit Amin is an executive advisor to 2BTech who is a retired Federal Senior Executive Service following a 40+ year career in the Federal Information Technology (IT) sector serving on both the private and public service. Kirit is an integral part of the business advisory and planning team for 2BTech Solutions. He ensures that the organization executes activities in a planned manner, such that overall organizational goals are met. Kirit's extensive experience and knowledge in the IT industry helps guide 2BTech to build winning solutions and quality delivery to the Federal Government. In the private sector he matured from a Senior Engineer to Exec ranks as President/ VP with a wide array of roles and responsibilities. In the public service he served as CIO, CTO and Innovation Officer at the State Department (BCA), HUD, Commerce and the U S INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMMISSION. During the decade plus, public service tenure he was the driving force to modernize the Federal IT Enterprises. He plans on continuing his love, passion and experience to serve the Federal IT environment with supporting and advising 2BT.
