He manages a leasing team of both internal and external brokers, and oversees the negotiation of all office leasing transactions. Mr. Weiss has been associated with Vornado and the Mendik Company, which Vornado acquired, for his entire career. He first joined Mendik in 1986 as a 16 year-old Summer Porter at 11 Penn Plaza, and continued as an intern through high school and college. In 1992, Mendik appointed him as an Assistant Building Manager and he went on to become Building Manager at 1740 Broadway and 11 Penn Plaza. In 1998, following Vornado's acquisition of Mendik, he transitioned to leasing, and in 2007 he was appointed to lead the group. Myron Maurer is the Chief Operating Officer - theMART and is the senior executive responsible for all property operations and bottom line financial performance of the 3.7 million square foot asset. Included in his responsibilities is theMART's tradeshow business based in Chicago with ancillary shows based in New York. Mr. Maurer also oversees the management of the Piers 92/94 tradeshow space on the Hudson River in Manhattan. Mr. Maurer began his career at theMART in 1987 and has been involved with the company's acquisitions and dispositions, LEED certifications, tradeshow launches, marketing, leasing and the management of more than $1.5B of new construction and renovation projects. He started his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of The First Boston Corporation. In addition to his work on Wall Street, Mr. McGuire is a philanthropist with a deep commitment to giving back and creating opportunity in the worlds of finance, art and education. In 2020, he left his role at Citi to pursue public service as a candidate for the mayoralty of New York City.

Mr. Entin is a member of the Realcomm Advisory Council and served as the Co-Chair at the Realcomm National Conference in 2015 & 2021.
