ABINGTON YOUTH BASKETBALL LEAGUE

The Abington Youth Basketball League, a non-profit association founded and run by community volunteers, is dedicated to the promotion of basketball. Our mission is to create and to provide for our players of all ages and skill levels the opportunities to play basketball for their enjoyment, for their improvement, and for the improvement of the game in an atmosphere in which our players support and respect each other. We encourage and expect our players and as well as their families to respect their opponents, coaches, and officials and to exhibit good sportsmanship and fair play. Our association is dependent upon the commitment and dedication of our many volunteers, and we deal with one another with courtesy and mutual respect... Our league philosophy is to establish a comprehensive recreational basketball league that emphasizes fun, development, learning, leadership, sportsmanship and passion for the sport of basketball.
