AFTD's mission is to improve the quality of life of people affected by FTD and drive research to a cure... AFTD offers modest financial assistance, in the form of Comstock Travel Grants, for people with FTD and care partners interested in attending the conference in person. These grants can be used to defray the cost of travel and lodging. We are now accepting applications...
