AGEING AND LONGEVITY

Our society has a two-pronged approach to support humanity in reaching this goal. Firstly, we want to educate the public about the biological process of ageing, how it eventually leads to diseases and the enormous impact these diseases have on society. We particularly want to stress the fact that ageing is not an immutable part of life but can be controlled through various interventions. The goal is to have the public support scientists and companies working on ageing, and to raise awareness amongst politicians and policymakers to enable them to take this field seriously, for example by promoting research and supporting the adoption of rejuvenation therapies. Secondly, we intend to connect researchers, investors and organisations involved in the ageing and longevity field to increase the pace of progress.
