AUTISM IN MOTION (AIM) - Key Persons
Chris was born in Ogden, Utah and is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of AIM. He has vast experience in leadership, management, marketing, and the law. Prior to AIM, Chris was a Regional Director and the Vice President of Marketing for a national home healthcare company that specialized in caring for energy workers suffering from exposure induced illnesses (i.e. Parkinson's, pulmonary conditions, cancer, etc.). In this capacity he was responsible for establishing and expanding offices in 16 states. This included client enrollment, employee recruitment, establishment of relationships with local medical providers, overseeing daily operations, and reviewing complex medical requests for services to the U.S. Department of Labor. In his role as Vice President of Marketing he was responsible for the creation of marketing campaigns, community outreach, and client education.
Prior to this, he was an associate attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP. His areas of practice included general commercial litigation, employment law, intellectual property, shareholder derivative actions, white collar criminal defense, and corporate investigations.
He graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Weber State University.

Gennie is a co-founder of AIM and the Clinical Director over our ABA program. She has been working with individuals with developmental and learning disabilities, their families and other professionals for the past 10 years. Her experience includes working with individuals ranging from 18 months to 80 years of age in a wide variety of settings including schools, residential care facilities, community outpatient programs, in homes, and in centers. Gennie specializes in applying principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to address severe problem behaviors and to help children with autism and other disabilities achieve independence.
Gennie received her Masters and Bachelors in social work with an emphasis in family studies. After working as a mental health counselor with substance abuse, domestic violence, and children with multiple diagnoses (anxiety, ADHD, autism, sensory processing disorders, down syndrome, Tourette, compulsive disorders, etc..), Gennie wanted to expand her knowledge as she became a parent of a child with Autism.
She began working with individuals with disabilities in a residential/community-based setting while attending school to become a behavior analyst. She has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014 and has been working with children with Autism since.
Gennie is the main contact person for all requests for service from school districts, parents, care homes and regional centers. She also coordinates staff training and development. She conducts behavior trainings for care home providers, school districts, parents, and non-public schools. She also conducts behavior assessments and provides behavior consultation services.
