Daniel Hosler - CEO, Founder

Dan grew up in a healthcare family with a mom who is a nurse anesthetist and a dad who both built an ASC and ran a successful gastroenterology practice. Dan has both operational experience, having started three companies before business school, as well as deep deal experience, having spent 15+ years in private equity. Most recently he led M&A for an eye care rollup where he closed 10 deals in under two years. He knows the universe of buyers, what private equity looks for in a deal, and how to make operational improvements to increase the value of a medical asset. Dan earned his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern and his BA in Biochemistry from Rice University.

David Kostohryz

Dr. Kostohryz is a founding doctor of Allied OMS and has been a practicing Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon since 2011. He currently practices at Fort Worth Oral Surgery. Dr. Kostohryz completed his oral surgery residency in Houston at The University of Texas - Texas Medical Center. In his final year, he was the Chief Resident of his department. He has hospital privileges at Baylor All Saints Hospital and the Fort Worth Surgery Center. Dr. Kostohryz has served on the Board of numerous educational institutions and is still intimately involved with Trinity Valley School in Fort Worth. He received his BS in Biology from Texas Christian University and his DDS and MD from the University of Texas, Houston. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Deborah Berthiaume

Deborah oversees accounts payable for Allied OMS and leads the company's Special Projects Department, including management of conference exhibition and participation, event planning, and other business development efforts. Prior to joining Allied, Deborah spent six years learning the foundation of Oral Surgery under the tutelage of the founding doctors at Fort Worth Oral Surgery, where she joined as a front office assistant and progressed into the role of insurance specialist.

Dr. Vicente Chavez

Dr. Vicente Chavez is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon that practices in Sonoma County, California via his two practices: Sonoma County Oral Surgery and Petaluma Oral Surgery. Born and raised in Santa Rosa, he completed his undergraduate degree at Sonoma State and earned his dental degree at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Chavez then went on to complete his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at University of Pacific/Highland Hospital. Dr. Chavez's oral surgery interests include treating dental phobic patients, implant surgery, bone grafting, trauma, TMJ, and facial reconstruction.

Jarrod Ermis - CFO

Jarrod brings more than 18 years of experience in Finance to his role as CFO at Allied OMS, including 10 years as a consultant in the Valuation/M&A space (7 with the Big 4) and the last 5 years leading Private Equity backed, high-growth healthcare companies through liquidity events. Prior to joining Allied he was a part of two successful multisite healthcare transactions including a recapitalization as the CFO of Goodside Health, as well as in a senior finance role at Behavioral Health Group where he lead the finance function for the company through a successful Private Equity exit. Through his deeply analytical and detailed nature, as well as operational and strategic leadership skills, he has proven to be a highly effective financial leader and business partner helping companies scale rapidly at different stages of growth. He brings a wealth of experience both from his background in consulting, as well as building out corporate structures that can support a high growth culture. Jarrod earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance/Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.

Jill Dunnam - COO

Jill leads operations for Allied OMS and provides practice support for each of Allied's partner locations. Prior to joining Allied OMS, she worked for three of Allied's founding surgeons at Fort Worth Oral Surgery for over 18 years. At Fort Worth Oral Surgery she served as the Practice Administrator overseeing practice operations, providing human resource services, handling compliance, finances, and facility management. Jill has simultaneously spent several years serving on the Board of Directors for the Society of OMS Administrators, as well as the ADA CERP Advisory Committee for OMS National Insurance Company. She has a wide range of knowledge and expertise spanning health insurance, HR best practices, as well as clinical and administrative aspects practice operations.

Joelle Duroseau

Joelle works on the business development team for Allied OMS bringing on new partnerships. Before joining Allied, Joelle worked at JP Morgan Chase & Co. specializing in the Commercial Bank/Investment Bank Partnership across all industries with clients between $500mm and $2bn in revenue. Joelle assists in methods to grow practices through operational improvements and inorganic growth by acquiring and merging with new practices. Joelle also assists Allied OMS and its operation, looking for ways to increase efficiency using intelligent solutions like Alteryx and Tableau.

Jonathon Jundt

Dr. Jundt is a founding doctor and Chief Medical Officer of Allied OMS as well as a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, a licensed physician, and a licensed dentist. Prior to Allied OMS and serving as the chief surgeon at Evergreen Oral Surgery in Evergreen, CO, he completed his residency at UTHSC Houston in the Texas Medical Center and has hospital privileges at St. Anthony's Hospital in Lakewood, Colorado. In addition to his work as a practicing surgeon, he is also a medical consultant for several major medical device manufacturers, an Assistant Professor, and an accomplished author, having written a textbook and over 20 peer-reviewed publications on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He earned a BA with honors from Southwestern University, a DDS with honors and high distinction for research from the UTHSC San Antonio School of Dentistry, and an MD from UTHSC Houston.

Ryan Graham - COO, Founder

Ryan grew up in a medical family as the son of an orthopedic surgeon. For the last 15 years, he has identified and implemented cost reduction and growth opportunities to drive meaningful improvement to the bottom line. From leading outside diligence efforts on the buy-side for private equity firms to implementing sourcing and procurement initiatives for multi-unit businesses, Ryan has deep operational expertise with a track record of growing EBITDA through revenue and margin improvement. Ryan earned his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern and his BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Sheri Stinson

Sheri Stinson is the Manager of Accounting for Allied OMS where she runs the consolidation of the financials for our member practices. As a long-time Business Analyst specializing in accounting and finance, Sheri brings a unique perspective to the Allied OMS finance group.

William Runyon

Dr. Runyon is a founding doctor of Allied OMS and has been a practicing Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon since 1998. He currently is a partner & practices at Fort Worth Oral Surgery. Dr. Runyon moved back home to Fort Worth after 14 years in the US Army with tours at Ft Benning, GA. where he completed a one-year internship. After tours in South Korea and Germany, he completed his Residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu and then served as Chief of Staff for the Fort Hood Army Medical Center Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is an active member of the Fort Worth District Dental Society, along with the TDA, ADA, AAOMS, and is a Fellow in the ITI. Dr. Runyon completed his BS in Biology from Texas Christian University and his DDS from the Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Runyon is committed to mission work locally and abroad and has been to Honduras countless times, with additional trips to the Marshal Islands, India, Cambodia, and Mexico and is scheduled to lead a medical team to the Gobi Desert in Mongolia.
