Ambrosio Constantino MPA is an experienced executive with over 30 years of experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. His experiences ranged as the Homeland Security Advisor, Intelligence Officer in the Army and National Guard, Brigade Executive Officer deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. Safety and Security, and Housekeeping management in the hotel industry, and Intelligence Officer. He is also the Disaster Program Manager at the Red Cross. One of Ambrosio's strengths is his ability to plan strategically, coordinating across all levels within the private, public, and non-profit sectors.

Grace Donaldson MPA, SHRM-SCP is an experienced executive with over thirty years of experience in human resource management in the hotel, insurance, and recruitment industries. Her experiences have included opening activities of hotels, recruiting, training, and consulting with small businesses on employment laws and regulations. Volunteerism is important to Grace. She is a board member of the Guam Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence. She also served as past President of the Society of Human Resource Management.
