Our experience consists of all types and sizes of new and existing building structures; structural/seismic rehabilitation and renovations; and construction engineering. Project types include public and multi-use projects; office and commercial buildings; institutional buildings; educational and health facilities; peer reviews; excavation shoring; custom homes and all types residential structures. Our philosophy for executing a successful project is based on these actions: UNDERSTAND the client objectives and goals; understand the challenges prior to design; COLLABORATE and problem SOLVE with team members during design process; responsiveness throughout design and construction phases; and provide an economical, CONSTRUCTABLE, and elegant structural design. All construction documents are created using Autodesk Revit/BIM software.
