Bayu has worked for a number of golf courses and other management firms in the United Kingdom as well as Indonesia. He spent his gap year in the United Kingdom working as an insurance broker agent before enrolling in university. He began his career in the insurance market in 2010, first as an Agent and subsequently focusing on corporate clients in 2016. With insurance and hospitality industry experience, including time spent working in health insurance and brokerage firms. Now Bayu is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance as an Associate(ANZIIF), and also serves as the president director of PT. Aksi Melindungi Bangsa (AMB Protection) Insurance Broker.
