Larry Boggs has been serving the financial needs of Union Members and their families for more than 30 years. His devotion to Organized Labor was first inspired by his father who helped organize Local UAW 893 in Marshalltown, Iowa.
Mr. Boggs became a licensed Registered Representative and formed Boggs & Associates, LLC in 1987 in Jackson, MS. Over the years, he has earned the trust and confidence of southeast Union Leaders and Members of AFL-CIO, CWA, IBEW, IEUC, Millwrights and others, regarding their personal financial planning strategies. Since 2014, he has served clients in Georgia as American Retirement Solutions of GA, LLC.
Mr. Boggs has diligently learned the benefit programs of various unions to help his clients maximize their benefits upon retirement. He has won numerous awards and is well- known for his easy- to-understand financial education seminars.
Mr. Boggs earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Memphis State University. He is also a veteran of the US Coast Guard, as are both his parents. He was born in Biloxi, MS and raised in Marshalltown, Iowa.

Mindy Boggs is co-owner of American Retirement Solutions of Georgia with her husband, Larry Boggs.
Over the years, Mindy has served in various roles regarding client services, marketing, and as an advisor.
In her current role as Director of Insurance, Mindy provides solutions to clients' insurance needs and oversees insurance application processing.
Mindy earned her BFA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. She and her husband met in Memphis, TN, in 1983. They lived in Jackson, MS for 17 years and Birmingham, AL for 13 years before moving permanently to Atlanta in 2015. Mindy enjoys the outdoors, the arts, reading, volunteering, and spending time with her family. She was born and raised in Helena, AR.

William (Will) Benton joined ARSGA in October 2021. Will is a licensed Investment Advisor Representative, and also serves as Client Service Director for the firm. Will is licensed to provide life & health insurance products to serve clients' needs, as well as mutual funds, fixed and variable annuities. Will works closely with Senior Advisor Larry Boggs to develop the best strategies and solutions to help meet clients' financial needs and goals.
Will earned a BBA in Business Management, Entrepreneurship and Real Estate at the University of Alabama. He continually increases knowledge and skills to better serve his clients.
