Brian Kriete serves as the Chief Financial Officer for AOM Infusion. In his role, Brian is focused on the overall financial management of AOM and is responsible for the company's finance, accounting, planning and treasury functions.
Brian brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance with both private and public companies. He has a depth of expertise in financial planning and analysis, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, operational finance, integration and treasury. Brian has worked across multiple industries and has extensive experience leading private equity-sponsored health care companies going through periods of significant expansion and high growth. Prior to joining AOM, Brian held leadership positions with Solis Mammography and U.S. Anesthesia Partners.
Brian graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fishing and traveling with his family.

As the Chairman of AOM Infusion, Christopher York works with the executive team members and Board of Directors for the company to develop and implement the overall strategic direction and growth plan. Chris has over 30 years of health care business experience and has served as the founder and CEO of four private equity backed specialty and home infusion pharmacy providers. He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and enjoys spending his time outside of work with his family, traveling, hiking and fishing.

Deon DeFreitas serves as the Chief Sales Officer for AOM Infusion. With a background in sales and health care, he brings essential health care management leadership to the AOM Infusion team with a focus on strategically building a sales force and critical partnerships that will enable execution of the organization's initiatives.
Deon has over 20 years of diverse health care experience. He has held multiple leadership positions promoting a wide range of health care products and services and has been an entrepreneur in the home infusion industry. His entrepreneurial and multi-disciplinary approach enables him to execute on multiple levels. Deon is known for successfully building high performing, award winning teams and has significant experience in sales force build outs.
Deon attended Essex County College and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He has been awarded the Regional Sales Director of the Year two years in a row and received the 2021 awards for Growth and Circle of Excellence as a Regional Sales Director. When he is not working, Deon enjoys golfing, boating and spending time with his family.

Keyur Mehta serves as the Chief Executive Officer for AOM Infusion. He focuses on the development and execution of strategic business initiatives, optimizing technology, people and processes to organize the business to scale and build the AOM Infusion brand. With a combination of operational, entrepreneurial and strategic skills, Keyur is an organizational leader that assures strategy, structure, execution and performance are aligned.
Keyur has over 25 years of experience in health care, primarily within the alternate site infusion and specialty pharmacy industry. He has been an entrepreneur in the infusion pharmacy and health care consulting spaces in addition to holding executive roles in both public and private companies. His expertise spans multi-site operations, strategy, business development and clinical services, enabling him to view businesses from the lens of the frontline stakeholders, C-suite executives and shareholders to solve business, client and market challenges and opportunities.
Keyur has a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from New York University, a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from St. John's University and an MBA from Virginia Tech. When he's not working, Keyur enjoys watching and discussing sports, playing with his English Lab, biking, hiking and traveling with his family.
