Mr. Cooper has more than 35 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry in engineering and leadership roles working for Utilities and Original Equipment Manufacturers.
Mr. Cooper's utility career began at NB Power as a Plant Design Engineer and developed into a Senior Technical Specialist at the Point Lepreau NGS. Then working at Ontario Power Generation, he implemented engineering programs at the Bruce, Darlington and Pickering NGS's.
Mr. Cooper worked at AECL, the original designer of CANDU®, as the Equipment & Components Technical Manager for the Cernavoda NGS Project. Then at AREVA - Framatome, he expanded his expertise in areas of PWR, BWR, PHWR & HTGR technologies and innovations. Mr. Cooper held positions of Senior Project Manager, Director of Strategic Planning and Project Development, President & Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer.
Mr. Cooper holds both a Bachelors and Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick. He obtained a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business, York University. Mr. Cooper is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential. He also graduated from the OPG sponsored International Senior Nuclear Plant Manager (I-SNPM) program that is endorsed by the World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO).
Mr. Wolf, a founding shareholder of ARC, is a business executive and venture capital investor who has held senior level/founder responsibilities in many different businesses. He is the co- founder of a real estate private equity business based in Paris and Washington, DC. Previously, he was general partner in a U.S. based real estate development company. There, he put together and served as CEO of a building materials, construction and solid waste business, and as CEO of a hotel management company that managed the group's hotels. Mr. Wolf earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University, an MBA from Stanford Business School, and a JD from Harvard Law School.
Dr. Iotti has had an extensive career in all aspects of the nuclear industry, including strategic planning; engineering, design, and construction; environmental management; cleanup and decommissioning; and program management and oversight for multi-billion dollar, complex nuclear endeavors for the U.S. Government.
In his early years, he held important positions at Ebasco, at the time a major US architect-engineering firm, which played key roles in coordinating the design of many nuclear power plants both in the US and abroad. Later, Dr. Iotti led the CH2M Hill Nuclear Business Group. At CH2M Hill he had a successful record of managing large engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects, the most recent one being the highly successful Idaho Cleanup Project.
In addition to his strategic and executive oversight roles, Dr. Iotti has had more than 20-years hands-on scientific and field experience - particularly relevant to future technology initiatives in nuclear and other advanced technologies. He has made significant engineering, scientific, and management contributions to large state-of-the-art projects such as nuclear fusion. Dr. Iotti's involvement with fusion energy dates back to the early 80's with the design and construction of the Tokamak Fusion Test Reactor (TFTR), followed by his role in the design of the TPX at the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory. In the early 90's he was seconded by the US Department of Energy to help manage the ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor), an international effort to develop fusion power. Dr. Iotti initially served as the Chairman of the Management Advisory Committee to the ITER Council, the governing body of ITER. In 2015 he was unanimously appointed the Chair of the ITER Council.
Dr. Iotti received his Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral degrees in nuclear engineering from Kansas State University.

Dr. Arthur, formerly head of nuclear programs at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), is a recognized international expert in reactor system enterprise modeling and deployment. In his position at Los Alamos, he was involved in a wide range of nuclear technologies and applications, including advanced reactor systems design, accelerator applications for the destruction of nuclear waste, and management of nuclear materials to reduce proliferation risk. His work emphasized modeling of relationships between energy use and environmental effects, advanced simulation for new nuclear system development and simulation to optimize fuel cycle management systems.
He has published approximately 100 papers on a wide variety of technical subjects and has received numerous awards, and extensive recognition, throughout his education and career. This includes the U.S. DOE Excellence Award, appointment as technical advisor to the billion-dollar Japanese Proton Accelerator Research Center, recognition as a national Woodrow Wilson Fellow, membership in the Sigma Xi outstanding science achievement society, and Phi Beta Kappa.
Dr. Arthur received his BS (magna cum laude) in Physics and History from Tulane University and his PhD in Nuclear Physics from the University of Virginia.
With an extensive record in the field of technology, Mr. Ali offers a unique combination of executive management, technical and marketing skills. A professed technologist, he has a passion for bringing new, innovative technology to the market in the form of products and solutions that address complex, contemporary problems. Mr. Ali prides himself on his ability to bring together diverse, talented individuals into a single, focused, effective team with a common purpose. He has a proven track record of building global businesses and organizations, involving a number of innovative, emerging technologies.
Prior to joining ARC, Mr. Ali was President and CEO of Lambda OpticalSystems, a late-stage, venture-backed startup building high-end optical networking equipment. The company successfully raised funds in three rounds of venture financing, had contracts with the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Department of Energy, and at its peak employed over 75 engineers.
Before Lambda, Mr. Ali was President of CommWorks Corporation, a 3Com company. At CommWorks, Mr. Ali had complete responsibility for all aspects of the business, growing its revenues to $770 million per year, improving profitability from a loss to 20% net operating margin, and expanding the organization to over 1,700 employees globally.
Mr. Ali received an MS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He was also a founding member of the ATM Forum.
James Wolf has over 15 years of experience in cross-border finance and private equity investments.
Since 2016, Mr. Wolf has served as Director of Curio Capital, managing cross-border investment & market entry between US & Japan in the health, wellness & sustainability sectors. From 2013 to 2016, Mr. Wolf was Managing Director for Las Vegas based digital out-of-home media company, Show Media. He launched the Asian business, managing sales and operations teams to build the largest digital media network in Macau.
From 2007 to 2013, Mr. Wolf was a Partner of US$70 million emerging markets focused private equity firm, MKW Capital. At MKW, he managed fund operations and investment execution in eleven portfolio companies in Macau across media & tourism industries sourcing several exits to listed companies.
Previously, Mr. Wolf worked at the Tokyo office of US private equity fund Cerberus Capital Management executing large scale investments of over US$3.5 billion dollars mainly in the real estate & tourism areas. He started his career at Deutsche Bank in New York as an investment banker in the telecommunications team.
Mr. Wolf graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Japanese (minor).

Jill Doucett is a seasoned professional with over thirty-five years of experience in the electrical utility sector of New Brunswick. As the Vice President of Corporate Affairs, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Jill's journey in the industry began after earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick. Her career has been marked by diverse experiences in the energy industry, including nuclear, Human Resources and customer service.
In 2019, Jill held the position of Director of Smart Customer Service at NB Power, where she played a pivotal role in leading the efforts to transform customer service capabilities through the introduction of Advanced Metering Infrastructure smart meters. Her leadership led project teams in NB Power's Energy Smart New Brunswick program and collaborated with business leads to implement automation and enhance the overall customer experience.
A committed lifelong learner, Jill remains at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. She actively engages with her community and currently serves as the President of Hospice Fredericton's Board of Directors, contributing her leadership and dedication to making a positive impact.
Dr. Sackett, a former Associate Director of Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) and an internationally recognized expert in reactor design and safety, led much of the initial development work in small fast-reactors for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Since his departure from ANL, he has served as a consultant to U.S. DOE and is a part time employee of the Idaho National Laboratory as a senior advisor.
During his extensive career, Dr. Sackett has managed large-scale nuclear programs for ANL and U.S. DOE involving hundreds of millions of dollars of R&D funding. He is considered one of the foremost authorities on small reactor design. His experience with fast-reactors and associated fuel recycling is not just theoretical; early in his career he was the Director of the EBR-II Division where he was responsible for day-to-day operation of the reactor and conduct of its experimental programs.
He is known as an originator of the "inherently safe" approach to reactor design, a concept demonstrated in landmark tests at EBR-II in 1986. These tests changed the approach to reactor safety worldwide and are the cornerstone of the ARC reactor design. For this work he received considerable recognition, including the Walker Cissler Award, an international award for achievements in fast-reactor design and an American Nuclear Society special award for his contributions to reactor safety. He is widely published and has received many other awards for his work.
Dr. Sackett received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho and his PhD in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Arizona.
Mr. Clarke has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership positions for major energy and resource developments in power, oil & gas and metals.
Mr. Clarke's most recent role was as Vice President - Commercial and Strategy for Maritime Iron where he led the strategic planning, site selection, partner and government negotiations for a $1.5 billion iron smelter in the United States and Canada.
Mr. Clarke has also been engaged in recent years as an expert advisor by McKinsey, KPMG and Long International on project strategy and execution.
Previously, Mr. Clarke has held strategic leadership and commercial roles with Nalcor Energy (Lower Churchill Project), Fort Hills and Terra Nova (Petro-Canada), Hebron (Chevron), White Rose (Husky) and Hibernia (Exxon). He has seasoned commercial, project delivery and strategic leadership expertise including partnership negotiations, strategic risk & planning, government relations, supply chain, contract relationship management, dispute resolution, project finance & insurance, labor relations and organization development.
Dr. Walters is a recognized international expert in nuclear reactor fuel. He has had a long and distinguished career at Argonne National Laboratory, where he rose to a position of Director, Fuels and Materials Division and then Director of Engineering Division, managing tens of millions of dollars related to fast-reactor development.
His experience is both hands-on and analytic. He led the development of fuels and materials for fast reactors over a 34-year career, concentrating on metal fuel, which is the fuel of choice for the ARC reactor. Its development involved many innovations, which were then proven in irradiation testing of the EBR-II. Perhaps his most important achievement was the successful design of plutonium-bearing metal fuel and later the inclusion of minor actinides. In the course of this work, Dr. Walters has led the design and construction of three first-of-a-kind fuel fabrication facilities. Later in his career, he turned his attention to hydrogen production using nuclear power and preservation of the fast-reactor knowledge base.
Dr. Walters received his BS, MS and PhD in Metallurgical Engineering from Purdue University. He is the recipient of the University of Chicago's Distinguished Performance Award and Purdue University's Distinguished Engineering Alumni Award.
Maggie's practical focus on solutions for industry and desire to solve the "big problems" is what drew her to ARC. The opportunity to deploy advanced Small Modular Reactors globally with the ARC-100 technology as a Fuel Systems Specialist is the ideal position for Maggie and a direct application of her education, research, and experience. Maggie obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in nuclear engineering studies, a Masters of Science in Chemical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick. She dedicated her education to chemical and nuclear engineering applications, focusing her graduate studies on the design and implementation of a novel lithium-ion and pH sensor that offered a non-contaminating solution to corrosion measurement in nuclear power plant feeder pipe systems.
Mr. Braun has more than 34 years of experience in commercial nuclear power operations. He was most recently the President and Chief Nuclear Officer of PSEG Nuclear, a position that he assumed on April 1, 2015. Previously, Mr. Braun worked for many years with Exelon Corporation. His last position was Site Vice President of Exelon Corporation's Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station. Prior to his appointment at Peach Bottom, he was Vice President of Nuclear Oversight of Exelon's nuclear group headquarters and previously served as Plant Manager of the company's Limerick Generating Station, where he held a senior reactor operator license. Mr. Braun began his career at Limerick in 1982.
Mr. Braun has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Villanova University and received their Distinguished Alumni Award in 2013. Mr. Braun received an Honorary Doctorate in Engineering from the Rowan University College of Engineering in 2016.
Mr. King is a recognized international expert in design and maintenance for fast reactor systems. His career spans more than 30 years at Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) and Idaho National Laboratory (INL), where he was responsible for mechanical system design and operational safety of the EBR-II reactor. He had a lead role in the major fast-reactor design initiatives undertaken by the Argonne National Laboratories, leading the effort to incorporate lessons learned from EBR-II in future reactor designs, forming the basis for the ARC reactor.
He was the senior technical advisor for design of systems supporting the decommissioning of the BN-350 reactor in Kazakhstan, a sodium-cooled fast reactor, working closely with the Kazakhstan National Nuclear Center.
He has published more than thirty papers on sodium reactor technology and related topics. He was a leading member of the ASME boiler and pressure vessel code sub-committee that developed design standards for sodium-cooled fast reactor systems.
Mr. Campbell, a founding shareholder of ARC, is an international energy policy expert, former CEO of an international energy consulting firm, and a former senior U.S. Department of Energy official. Mr. Campbell is the immediate former Managing Director of the Washington Office of Baker Donelson, a national law and public policy firm, and is currently the firm's Senior Strategic Advisor for Government Relations & Public Policy. He is also President of the Howard Baker Forum, the public and international affairs affiliate of Baker Donelson, and the Director of the U.S. - Japan Roundtable on Nuclear Energy Cooperation.
Previously, Mr. Campbell co-founded and served as CEO of Washington Policy & Analysis Inc., an international energy-consulting firm, for eighteen years before its sale to the Informa Group, a business information and publishing company traded on the London Stock Exchange. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Campbell originated and led the development team for the vigilance vessel profiling system, a terrorism risk management system employed by the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Navy, Scotland Yard and other government entities to reduce the risk of terrorism presented by commercial shipping. He also originated and developed with the Centre for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence at St. Andrews University, an internet-based distance learning program in counter terrorism studies for law enforcement and military used around the world today. Additionally, Mr. Campbell served as a consultant to the senior management team at Sandia National Laboratories, and to its Global Nuclear Energy Futures program. He also served as Director of Policy, Planning and Analysis at the U.S. DOE.
Prior to coming to Washington in 1987, Mr. Campbell served as president of an oil and gas consulting firm, an executive vice president of an independent oil and gas company, a lawyer specializing in energy law and litigation, and an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Houston and in Dallas.
Mr. Campbell holds a BA in History from Texas Christian University, an MA in Political Science from George Washington University, and a JD from Southern Methodist University School of Law.

Tammy Fifield is a Chartered Professional Accountant from Saint John, New Brunswick. She obtained her Business Technology Diploma with a major in Accounting from the New Brunswick Community College (Saint John campus). After working in the industry for five years, she received her Certified General Accountant designation. Tammy later received her Chartered Accountant designation in 2009.
With almost thirty years of experience in her field, Tammy's work has included roles in both industry and public accounting. Her experience consists, amongst other roles, of holding the position of Financial Controller at a manufacturing and processing company in Saint John, and spending five years as a managing partner at a Saint John accounting firm. Most recently, she was able to take some time off to enjoy her children's final years in high school. With her daughter and son now in university, Tammy has decided to continue building upon her professional career.
Mr. Labbe has over 30 years of experience and progressive responsibility in senior leadership positions.
Most recently, Mr. Labbe served as Owner's Engineer at Commonwealth Fusion Systems.
Previously, as Senior Vice President, Mr. Labbe had responsibility for Program Management of TRC Company's Power Sector, West Region Power Delivery Operations, and the Corporate Strategic Planning and Initiatives.
In addition, Mr. Labbe has held positions in Utility Power Generation Business Units and has served in various leadership capacities in Power Plant Operations, Work Controls, Outage Management, Project Management and Portfolio Management. His qualifications include extensive hands-on planning, permitting, and regulatory affairs in order to obtain the necessary License Amendment Requests (LARs) approvals of both Federal (NRC) and State agencies (PSCs); organizing and managing Plant Outages as well as the management of large EPC Projects where his fleet portfolio budget (7 PWRs / 1 BWR) was in excess of $2 Billion.
Mr. Labbe's background includes extensive experience in the public and private sectors including Pacific Gas & Electric, Florida Power and Light / NextEra Energy, Northeast Utilities and Southern California Edison.
Bill Pilkington is a seasoned nuclear professional with 45 years experience in the Canadian nuclear industry.
From 2014 through 2016 He was on the successful bid team and appointed Vice President of Operations and Chief Nuclear Officer (CNO), transitioning the Canadian Nuclear Laboratories to a Government Owned, Contractor Operated (GOCO) management structure.
In 2011 Bill was appointed Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd (AECL) Senior Vice President, Operations where he managed a $3B portfolio of projects through the sale of AECL Commercial Operations. Then, as Senior Vice President, Projects and Services for Candu Energy Inc, he led his team through the first 20 months of operation of the new company.
