He was born in 1965 in Eskişehir. Having completed his education here, Mr. Işık has worked in many different positions for more than 30 years in the fields of operation management, company establishment and re-organization in domestic and foreign companies operating in the Automotive, Aviation and Defense sectors. He also took part in the Peace Eagle project carried out by Boeing. Serving as the General Manager of Aselsan Konya since 2019, Mr. Işık is married and has two children.
