SP Executive Coaching is a project of The Social Enterprise and sister company Ashben Ltd, and is focused on providing affordable access to Systems Psychodynamic Executive Coaching, in particular (though not exclusively) to those working in the social sector in the UK... The project is currently led by David Russell, Founder and Director of The Social Enterprise, who conducted his coaching training at the Tavistock Clinic and is currently coaching leaders from national and international charities, social enterprises, business and the NHS. It is delivered in collaboration with WRKWLL, a partnership of social sector professionals united by a desire to drive social change, of which David is a partner.
