The Asian Cafe is an independent, owner-operated restaurant, featuring the finest in Japanese cuisine. Specializing in beautifully displayed sushi, sashimi and hibachi, the Cafe offers fresh, made-to-order menu items available for dine-in or take-out. About one half the menu consists of grilled and cooked items such as hibachi grilled beef, chicken and seafood and one half the menu features sushi, sashimi and chirashi. Sushi, sashimi and chirashi are served raw with rice and sauces, while the hibachi items are served with soup, rice and vegetables. Vegetarian options are available from both the sushi bar and hibachi grill. Several Chinese entrees round out the menu. Seafood is delivered twice a week from a sushi-quality supplier in Maryland.
