Dr. Leslie Griffin is the Owner and Principal Consultant at A Walk On The Well Side (AWOTWS). She is a former educator, having served as an elementary and secondary school teacher, college professor and most recently, a Social Emotional Learning Specialist. She is also a serial entrepreneur and functions as the Founder of Marriage Champs in addition to her role at AWOTWS. Dr. Griffin understands how difficult it is for individuals and organizations to prioritize "self" when serving others is what they do best. Her hope is that AWOTWS will be to them, what they are to others; unbelievably helpful!
