Banta Lofts are a historic Banta Corporation building remodeled into apartments located near the Menasha Dam on the Fox River. Our modern floor plans offer spacious one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Each unit features an open concept kitchen and living room area with modern finishes, a large kitchen island with quartz countertops, spacious closets, central heat and air, managed Wi-Fi, and energy-efficient appliances, including a washer and dryer. The Banta Lofts include (6) 2-story units with a ground floor patio to a future redeveloped water channel. Every apartment also has a private balcony, and on top of that, all tenants have access to the rooftop terrace overlooking the Fox River featuring an outdoor fireplace and seating. Plus, we're pet friendly (pet fees include a one-time fee of $250 and an additional $50/pet fee added to the monthly rent).
