We have known each other for more or less 17 years, and have been in partnership for 7, doing what we love most each day. In 2014, we took a risk and opened our first restaurant, The Bayou in Bethlehem with a collective mindset and a vision for the bright future ahead... In 2017, we expanded the much-loved Bayou concept, of southern "New Orleans" cuisine in downtown Easton. Set in a beautiful historic building on the circle right in the heart of Easton, PA, The Bayou Easton has since become a staple in the thriving Easton restaurant scene... We are the Bayou Boys, friends and partners Mo, Christian and Jerry, who own the "Bayou Boys Hospitality Group" based in Lehigh Valley. Back in 2014, we started from scratch with The Bayou in Bethlehem bringing a blast of southern cuisine to the region.
