Amanda Schulte

Amanda joined the Bennett Benner Partners team in 2006. As a licensed architect, Amanda manages projects from initial design concept to final construction completion and project close out, coordinating with clients, consulting engineers, and internal team members. Some of her key projects include the LEED Silver Southwest Sub-courthouse Addition and Renovation and the new Martin University Center on the Texas Wesleyan campus. As an Associate Principal and in addition to her project duties, Amanda also establishes internal staffing requirements with firm leadership, writes project proposals, and helps determine project budgets.

Amy Stenzler

From high rises to dog parks, Amy has diverse design experience in a variety of project types and scales. Her experience includes hotel, office, retail, restaurant, private residential, multifamily, education, adaptive reuse, in addition to master planning. The variety of experience, design talent and strong computer modeling skills allow her to work with the client and design team to help set the project in motion. Throughout the progression of the project, Amy maintains focus on the overall concept, function, compliance and details and how it melds into its community.

Brandon Burns has over 20 years of architectural design experience with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin with vast experience managing complex jobs ranging from $10 -$70 million dollars. He is a native Texan who has lived and practiced throughout the country. Brandon has always been passionate about the built environment, the people behind the construction and their distinct cultures. This passion has led to a career of engaging clients and immersing himself in their cultures and their missions to better represent them as their architect.

Jenna Coffaro

Jenna joined the Bennett Benner Partners team in 2014. She has experience on a variety of building types such as office, retail, institutional, and education. Her notable projects have been the LEED Silver Tarrant County SW Subcourthouse, The Waterside Office Building, and the new Overton Park Elementary School. As a licensed architect, Jenna follows projects throughout design by coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors as a project moves from design into construction. With her values in sustainable architecture and community based projects, Jenna strives to achieve thoughtful, creative, and integrated designs.

Michael J. Bennett - CEO

A native Texan, Michael has devoted his career to the redevelopment of cities and the preservation of the natural environment. After beginning his career in Texas, Michael spent 12 years practicing in Europe and New York before returning to Fort Worth, joining the firm in 2004 and becoming CEO in 2008. In Europe he was responsible for a variety of notable corporate and mixed-use projects throughout central and eastern Europe. Michael's thoughtful design approach and sensitivity to context can be seen in much of the firm's highly varied portfolio. Michael has personally led the design of many of the firm's signature projects, including Frost Tower, MOLA at the Fort Worth Zoo, Erma Lowe Hall at TCU, Martin Center at Texas Wesleyan University and the Woodshed Smokehouse, and led the firm's involvement in Sundance Square Plaza. Current projects include Overton Park Elementary, Kimpton Hotel Fort Worth, Palo Pinto Mountains State Park and the restoration of Heritage Park. Michael is heavily involved in his community and believes passionately in the power of architecture and design to build a better world. Michael Bennett joined the firm in 2004 as a principal, and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2008. Bruce Benner has been with the firm since 1984 and was named Principal, President and COO in 2001. David Pettit joined the firm in 2003 and was named Principal and Director of Economic Development in 2007. In 2008, both of the firm's former namesakes announced their retirement. In 2011, the firm was renamed again to Bennett Benner Pettit to reflect the current leadership of the firm. In October of 2013, the firm announced that David Pettit was spinning off a new economic development venture and Bennett Benner Pettit would no longer be offering economic development as an in-house service, but would continue to collaborate with David at his new company on current and future projects. The firm transitioned to the name Bennett Benner Partners.

R. Gannon Gries

Gannon is a Senior Associate with BBP Architects in Fort Worth. He has nearly 20 years of architectural and design experience. His responsibilities include working collaboratively with owners and other design professionals to create buildings that are sustainable and innovative while still meeting the project requirements. Gannon has been involved in programming through construction on multiple projects. He has been a design team member and project manager for a variety of projects in both the private and public sectors, including residential, higher education and corporate. He served on the City of Fort Worth Historic and Cultural Landmarks Commission between 2011 and 2017. He currently serves on the Downtown Fort Worth Inc. Design Review Committee.

Randy Gideon

Randy Gideon and James Toal joined the firm in the early 1990s and, reflecting the transition to new leadership and expanded services, the firm became Gideon Toal in 1997. Shortly after the transition to the new name, three additional principals were named to the company.

Samantha Garbarino

Samantha is a registered architect from Great Britain with over twenty five years of experience in the US and abroad. She is a holistic designer calling on her experience designing for several building uses and construction types. She's a strong and collaborative leader with efficient project organization and effective communication skills. Samantha has diverse design experience and extensive knowledge of the total project process including budget, fee and schedule management and construction coordination relating to client vision. She has a deep understanding of modern construction methods as well as more traditional and historical construction methods of heavy timber, log, stone and brick construction and design.
