He is also member of the board of the Corporate Governance Committee and editor-in-chief of the « Revue de Droit Commercial Belge - Tijdschrift voor Belgisch Handelsrecht - RDC - TBH ».
Christel Haverans is Chief legal advisor corporate & financial regulation KBC Group. She also serves in the Institute of Corporate Lawyers as Co-president of the practice group company law and corporate governance and as co-founder of DiversityRocks@KBC which aims to stimulate the development of an inclusive diversity culture by deepening the knowledge of the concept of inclusive leadership and teamwork.
Koen Dejonckheere was appointed CEO of Gimv in 2008. Previously, he was managing director at KBC Securities. Prior to that, Koen Dejonckheere was active in both Corporate Finance and Private Equity.
