Billingsley Engineering began in 1981 in Santa Rosa, NM. The firm has since grown to include a diverse staff of engineers, surveyors, draftsmen and laboratory staff located in an historic building in Las Vegas, NM... We use state of the art equipment and software to provide service to our clients, and believe our clients must be the ones in control of any assignment we are given. Our role is to provide support and help... Our employees are essential elements of this objective and some have been given an opportunity to share in ownership and management of the company affairs.
