Birch Distribution is a long established family business specialising in the supply and distribution of floor coverings such as carpets, carpet tiles, vinyl, LVTs, safety floorings, underlays, hardwoods, laminates, floor preparation materials, accessories, and tools for trade customers... Now distributing nationwide from three depots across Yorkshire, and through our partners across the UK, Birch Distribution offers quality products from the trade's leading names such as Polyflor, F Ball & Co, Tilemaster, Floorwise, Homedecor International Group, Altro, Gradus, Gerflor, Tarkett, Hanson, Ardex and Ultrafloor... F.M. Birch Ltd was incorporated in 1924 by husband and wife, Fred and Maria Birch. The Sheffield-based business was engaged in the wholesaling of carpet squares, linoleum, sail-cloth and other commercial textiles, to a variety of trade customers. The business traded successfully through the inter-war years and grew at a modest rate.
