Hello! I'm a user experience designer working for the University of Alabama at Birmingham. As a UX designer, my goal is to simplify complex products and user flows to make them more intuitive and easier for everyday people to use. I'm currently finishing up my master's degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. With a strong background in customer service and graphic design, I'm able to bring a distinct advantage to each project I take on. My background in customer services allows me to empathize with users, fostering a profound comprehension of their needs, while my background in design gives me an upper-leg in UX/UI work...
