BYP Network is a professional network designed to showcase black talent to companies and other organisations. Very often we hear from companies that they either do not know how to reach black talent or that they struggle to get black candidates to apply for roles; BYP Network addresses those challenges... We focus exclusively on black talent because we believe that in order to improve diversity across the board we must have specialist organisations. We recognise that diversity is incredibly broad and nuanced and that we do not have all the answers, but by focusing on the black community, which we have an intimate understanding of we can achieve better results... BYP Network connects Black students and professionals in the United Kingdom for career opportunities with corporations. We work with innovative companies that care about diversity and inclusion by posting jobs directly to the Black community.
