Elements of this Software as described or referenced in the License are commercial computer software programs developed exclusively at private expense and licensed with restricted rights as described in the License. Distribution and use of the Software and derivative works thereof to and by the United States Government will be subject to the Limited Rights as set forth in subparagraph (a)(13) of the Rights in Technical Data- Noncommercial Items clause at DFAR 252.227-7013 and the Restricted Rights set forth in subparagraph (a)(14) of the Rights in Noncommercial Computer Software and Noncommercial Software Documentation clause at DFAR 252.227-7014.
