Anne Martin

Our manager, Anne Martin, is responsible for the management and administration of the practice and all non-clinical aspects of your healthcare. If you have any queries, comments or suggestions about the services offered by the practice, she will be happy to discuss these with you.

Deirdre Keena

Deirdre Keena graduated from UCD with a B.Physio Hons degree in 2000, has worked in private practice since 2004, having previously worked in Beaumont Hospital. From graduating in 2000 she commenced working in Beaumont Hospital, where she worked in all areas of physiotherapy; to include in-patient and out-patient orthopaedic surgical procedures, neurology, neurosurgery, respiratory, care of elderly, hydrotherapy, A & E, women's health, rheumatology & GP referral system. She commenced working in Carysfort Clinic in 2005 & is a partner in Carysfort Physiotherapy Clinic. As a multidisciplinary clinic, the practice emphasis is on quality of care, as our paramount. Since graduating in 2000, Deirdre's post-graduate studies include; manual therapy of treatment of neck, thoracic and lumbar spine, orthotic assessment, sports injuries, women's health, vestibular rehabilitation, myofascial release techniques, craniosacral therapy, soft tissue treatment (muscle, ligament, tendons), pilates training, lymphodema treatment & dry needling. Deirdre specialises in the treatment of the neck (cervical spine), referred nerve symptoms (pain, pins & needles, numbness) into arm and hand, and those with tennis elbow. She also treats symptoms such as headaches, shoulder, jaw and other unusual symptom's associated with the neck. Deirdre is also a keen sailor inDun Laoighaire with the highly competitive Thursday and Saturday DBSC (Dublin Bay Racing Series) and gym goer and when time allows, tennis and golf.

Dr. Frank Marmion

Dr Marmion graduated from UCD in 1985 after which he completed his Post Graduate Training in A/E, general medicine, paediatrics and obstetrics. He has Diplomas in child health, obstetrics and sports medicine. Dr Marmion's GP Traineeship was completed in Gloucester, UK followed by Post Graduate in Sports Medicine from Trinity College, Dublin (1990). Dr. Marmion is a Member of the Royal College of General Practice (UK) and Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He is also an examiner for the Personal Injury Assessment Board. He is an Occupational Adviser for a number of Dublin Companies and is Medical Officer for Blackrock College, Dublin. He is also a Medical officer with the Alzheimer's Society of Ireland.

Dr. Grace O'Mahony

She attended a part-time course at the Eastman dental institute and obtained a certificate in restorative dentistry in 2011. She is a member of the Irish dental association and has a keen interest in oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry. In her spare time, Dr O'Mahony is a keen sportsperson. She is a member of the Westwood tennis team and loves hiking, skiing and recently has taken up golf.

Dr. Patrick Duggan Jr

Dr Duggan graduated in 1977 and has been in general practice since 1983. He is a specialist in orthopaedic/sports medicine, having received the diploma in sports medicine, TCD in 1991. He was awarded a fellowship of the facility of Sports and Exercise Medicine from the RCSI/RCPI in 2002. Dr Duggan was the doctor to the Dublin Senior Football team for many years & was also founding Chairman of the medical/scientific committee in Croke Park. He is currently on the sports science expert group in Croke Park & was a board member of the facility of sports and exercise medicine RCPI for three years. He is a medical officer to Kilmacud Crokes GAA Club for 30 years and is also a medical officer to Bray Wanderers Soccer Club, as well as St Joseph's Boys Soccer. Dr Duggan's main clinical interests are in the role that fitness can play in the prevention of heart disease and the role that strength training plays in ‘healthy ageing'. In Carysfort, he runs the "Medical Fitness Clinic". Dr Duggan graduated from UCD school of medicine in 2012. Following his internship, he undertook specialist training in general and respiratory medicine and is a member of the royal college of physicians of Ireland. During his time in hospital training, he gained extensive experience in treating a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. He began GP training in 2017 and after undergoing further training in paediatrics, obstetrics & gynaecology and psychiatry, he graduated from the Dublin/Mid-Leinster training scheme in general practice in 2020. His special interests include dermatology, children's health, sports medicine and the management of chronic medical conditions in primary care. His qualifications include:
