Allison obtained her BFA from the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. She has an excellent eye for color and imagery and is proficient in the full suite of Adobe graphic design programs. Allison joined Cats Design in 2015.
Fred is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth (BFA). Fred is experienced and highly skilled in HTML, WordPress, and Dreamweaver. Fred is the programmer for email and web communications.

Jaime is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (BFA). Jaime would be the lead designer and primary design contact. Jaime is an award-winning designer who is recognized not only for her design skills but for her understanding of corporate culture and her ability to unite all elements of a program graphically. Jaime has been with Cats Design since 1999.

Kerry came to Cats design with 20 years of experience running a small business. Her BS degree is from Northeastern University. She is the bookkeeper / accountant at Cats Design and processes all invoices, payments, and client PO's. Kerry records, reviews, and reports on client expenditures and project budgets daily.
Kristine is the vendor liaison for our suppliers and works directly with our warehouse for all deliveries and distributions. Her main focus is on the scheduling, timing, and delivery of each project we are working on. She also manages our promotional group Rose and Thorn. Her numerous contacts with promotional material providers have been an invaluable resource to our clients. Rose and Thorn is ASI affiliated.

Rick was the creative director at State Street Bank for 24 years before opening Cats Design in 1997. He has over 40 years of experience in the design, print, and promotional industries.
