Allen Hollander

Allen's areas of expertise include manager and leader training and development, design and facilitation of executive off-sites, large-scale change management, the G.E. WorkOut process and experiential learning. He has been consulting to G.E. for twenty years where he serves on the faculty of its Management Development Center. Allen was also a lead consultant for the former Boston University Executive Challenge Program.

Carol Schifman

Carol has worked with organizations for over 30 years providing Organizational Change and Change Agent consulting. With her focus on linking organizational change with performance improvement, she has been extensively involved with implementing process improvement programs, and is highly experienced in the GE WorkOut method and the Change Acceleration Process. Carol has also coached a number of Fortune 500 executives, designed and delivered competency-based leadership programs, and conducted organizational assessments. Carol has been masterful regarding her approach to design, gaining executive buy-in, and implementation. She has an inclusive style and demonstrates an unwavering degree of confidence with the WorkOut process. Her flexible facilitation style allows her to be directive when necessary, probing when required.

David Halperin

David focuses on developing and delivering custom fit solutions for clients to help them become self-sufficent and self-correcting in the areas of process improvement, meeting facilitation and leader development.

Francisco Melero

Francisco brings his ten years of experience with IBM where he held responsibilities in the areas of quality assurance, project management, internal consulting, training and ISO 9001 to his current consulting practice of promoting organizational and personal performance excellence. Utilizing his fluency in English and Spanish he has worked extensively in many countries. His areas of practice include: Six Sigma Black/Green Belt training/certification, the G.E. WorkOut process, and the Change Acceleration Process.

James Hassinger

Jim has twenty-five years of professional experience as a management consultant, specializing in the areas of executive coaching, strategic planning and developing high performance organizations. He has both internal and external consulting experience with many corporations and not-for-profits. Jim is the co-author of The Randori Principles: The Path of Effortless Leadership and creator of the Lenses of Wise Leadership program.

Karen Wunderlin

Karen has worked with organizations of all sizes and scope on three continents to facilitate change, growth, and cultural development. Before starting consulting, Karen was a sales and marketing executive at General Electric where she served as marketing manager for a $3 billion business and managed a process-improvement initiative that cut the new-product development cycle times in half. Karen combines her experience as an operating executive with her knowledge of group processes to help clients identify and implement needed change.

Lisa Hirsh

In her 25 years of experience in large and small companies, Lisa has coached senior leaders and middle managers, provided innovative methods for mobilizing organizations for change, built high performance teams, and helped clients develop learning cultures.

Michael Pepe

Over his career, Michael has held senior leadership roles with "best in class" organizations including GE, the Yale New Haven Health System and Virtua Healthcare. With his data-driven approach to change, his knowledge of group dynamics, and his disarming style, Dr. Pepe inspires leaders and teams to confront tough issues, take action and sustain growth.
