The Center for Safety Research brings together scientists, staff physicians and investigators from academia and healthcare who utilize scientifically valid methodologies to describe, innovate and evaluate: in projects related to both the safety and quality of healthcare. Our approaches and data types range from qualitative to quantitative datasets - data that others describe as ‘big'... Our solid technology and infrastructure support enable solid science. From modest beginnings in 2004, the CSR infrastructure includes state-of-the-art web-application server, secure web-based data input, with query and data analytic functionality for efficient creation and secure long-term storage of high-quality data...
