Ann E. Seiden

Ann is Vice President of Communications and Sustainability for Centuri Group, Inc. She has oversight over Centuri's Communications and Marketing teams, and she is responsible for advancing the company's corporate responsibility initiatives specific to Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG). In this role, Ann leads development and execution of strategies to support the communications and marketing needs of our organization. In addition, she focuses on building programs and visibility around our ESG priorities, including our emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Joining Centuri in 2020 as Director of ESG and Sustainability, Ann has played a critical role in our company communications strategy, including our internal and customer COVID-19 response, Public Relations, digital media, launch of our all-employee communications platform, and a wide variety of other communication and marketing activities. Prior to Centuri, Ann was a communications consultant for corporate and non-profit clients in Arizona. Much of her career before that was spent at Southwest Gas Corporation as Manager of Public Affairs, overseeing government relations, community engagement, and supplier diversity across the company's service territory. She was also Vice President of Communications for the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry and has worked for several public policy and advocacy organizations. Ann is active in the community and has served on various boards, including the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, East Valley Partnership, and Suns Charities 88. She is currently a Trustee and past Chair of the Board for Arizona Baptist Children's Services. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and Spanish from Baylor University.

Brent G. Hooper

Brent is Chief Executive Officer of Linetec Services. He is responsible for the overall performance of Linetec and the strategic growth of Centuri Power Group's non-union electric operations. Brent joined Centuri in 2019 as a consultant to support Linetec's integration and growth following its acquisition. In early 2020, he was appointed to the role of Vice President, Operations and Strategy, leading all administrative support for Linetec, including Accounting, HR, Fleet, and Linetec's Project Management Office (PMO). In December of that same year, he was promoted to his current role of CEO. Prior to Centuri, Brent was Corporate Strategic Director at Mears Group within Quanta Services, a national energy infrastructure construction services provider for electric T&D, natural gas T&D, water, and telecom. Before his civilian career, Brent served 12 years on Active Duty in the United States Air Force as a C-17 pilot. He graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy and received his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. He continues to serve our country as a Lieutenant Colonel and pilot in the Air National Guard.

Charles R. Patton

Charles Patton is the former Executive Vice President, External Affairs for American Electric Power (AEP). In this role, he led AEP's customer services, communications, regulatory and federal public policy, and corporate sustainability organizations. Mr. Patton has served in a number of executive positions with AEP. He has been the President and CEO of two AEP subsidiaries: Appalachian Power, serving approximately one million customers in West Virginia, Virginia, and Tennessee; and AEP Texas, serving over one million in South and West Texas. Other roles at AEP have included Executive Vice President, AEP Utilities West, and Senior Vice President, Regulatory and Public Policy. During his tenure in Texas, Mr. Patton was appointed by Texas Gov. George Bush to serve on the Texas Energy Coordination Council and the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission. Later, Gov. Rick Perry appointed Patton to the Texas Energy Planning Council, which was established to advise the governor on energy matters. While leading Appalachian Power, Mr. Patton was appointed by Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe to the governor's Environmental Sustainability Committee. He was also appointed by West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin to chair the governor's Committee on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). In 2014, he was appointed to a three-year term as director of the Fifth District Federal Reserve Bank in Richmond, VA. In this position, he chaired the Federal Reserve's Information Technology Committee, which coordinated IT services for the entire Federal Reserve System. He currently serves on the board of Sterling Construction, a large engineering and construction company located in Houston. Throughout his career, Mr. Patton has served and chaired numerous professional and civic organizations in the communities where he has lived. Today, he serves on the boards of the National Association of Manufacturers, United States Energy Association, and Columbus YMCA. At AEP, he is an executive sponsor of the African-American Employee Resource Group (AAERG). Mr. Patton is a graduate of Bowdoin College, located in Brunswick, Maine, and holds a graduate degree from The University of Texas LBJ School of Public Policy.

Christine A. Ernst - Chief Risk Officer

Doreen M. Hartley

Doreen is President of US Gas - East for Centuri Group, Inc. She has oversight of Centuri's gas operations in the Eastern region, which include NPL Construction Co., New England Utility Constructors ("Neuco"), and Riggs Distler. Doreen joined Centuri in July 2018, as Vice President of Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance for NPL Construction Co., Centuri's largest subsidiary. In that role, she was responsible for developing and implementing safety and quality programs intended to maintain the health of over 5,000 employees performing gas and electric construction, traffic control, and hard surface restoration. She was promoted to Senior Vice President of Safety and Quality overseeing all Centuri's U.S. gas operations in March 2019. In December of that same year, her role expanded to include oversight of safety for Centuri's Power Group. Prior to her currently role, Doreen was President of Centuri's non-union gas operating companies - Canyon Pipeline and Neuco. Before joining Centuri, Doreen worked for over 30 years at Baltimore Gas & Electric Company ("BGE") where she held leadership positions in gas and electric operations, new business construction, design and engineering, damage prevention, training, compliance, and customer relations. Doreen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mass communications from Towson University and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Maryland and a recipient of the YWCA's Tribute to Women in Industry Award.

Dylan A. Hradek

Dylan Hradek has oversight of Centuri's US Gas operations in the Great Lakes region. Dylan possesses over 30 years of underground construction experience spanning gas distribution, transmission, station, and storage field. Joining NPL in 2000, he has been instrumental in building customer relationships, growing services, and advancing community outreach. Prior to assuming his current position in 2021, Dylan held the role of Senior Vice President - Operations for NPL's Great Lakes Region. During his tenure, the Great Lakes Region thrived. In addition to being the steward for Nicor Gas and People Gas, Dylan was responsible for re-establishing NPL's working relationship with Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO). He also played a key role in adding civil construction and hard and soft restoration to the menu of services NPL provides. With a deep commitment to his home and the Chicagoland community, Dylan has become a champion of local, diverse contractor development and community activism. He played a key leadership role in the development of NPL's Partner Alliance and in the growth of NPL's industry-leading supplier diversity program.

Gregory A. Izenstark - CFO, SVP

Greg is Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Centuri Group, Inc. He oversees Centuri's corporate accounting, tax, and reporting functions, as well as the financial diligence and accounting integration of new companies. In his position, Greg is responsible for the development and implementation of accounting policy, evaluation, and implementation of new accounting standards, as well as ensuring compliance with Centuri's internal control framework. He is also responsible for consolidation and reporting, as well as financial planning and analysis. Greg joined the organization as Controller in 2014, shortly before the formation of Centuri Construction Group, Inc. and the acquisition of Link-Line Group of Companies in Canada. He was instrumental in managing the complexities of this transaction and the organizational changes required to establish Centuri as a corporate holding company. Greg also had a significant role in the subsequent acquisitions of ETTI, Neuco, and Linetec Services. Before joining Centuri, Greg built extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, M&A, and internal controls for companies of a large, global scale as financial auditor for both Arthur Anderson and KPMG, internal auditor for Swift Transportation, Manager of External Reporting for Brunswick, and Director of Financial Reporting for CF Industries. Greg received a B.S. in accounting from Bradley University and a M.B.A. from Lake Forest Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.

James W. Connell

Jim is Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Corporate Affairs Officer for Centuri Group, Inc. He is responsible for enterprise strategic planning, business development, corporate communications, marketing, brand management, Supply Chain and Real Estate. In this role, Jim is focused on leading strategic and long-range planning efforts, supporting Centuri's vision for growth and sustainability. He also leads several strategic customer focused initiatives, including the development of key executive relationships, strategic alliances, contract renewals, and several executive customer forums. In addition, he has led the organization in the development of diverse business enterprise relationships with suppliers across the United States. He is also responsible for developing and executing enterprise marketing, public relations, and other corporate communications across Centuri's key audiences. Jim joined Centuri in 2006 as Director of Supply Chain and Asset Management for NPL Construction Co. He has led a number of initiatives across the organization in roles of increasing responsibility as Director of Risk Management and Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. He was promoted to Vice President, Business Development and Corporate Communications in 2017, and then to Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer in 2018. Prior to Centuri, Jim held various roles at Deere & Company in the Worldwide Construction and Forestry Division. Upon becoming Division Manager, Corporate Business Division in 2000, Jim built a number of executive relationships throughout the industry while developing strategies for growth. Jim is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in technical systems management. He is an active supporter of several local charities, including the Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation and Ryan House, and he is the founder of the Fore Griffin Foundation. Jim currently serves as a board member for Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School in Scottsdale and the National Safety Council.

Jason is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Centuri Group, Inc. He oversees and directs the Company's Legal, Risk Management, Contract Administration, and Compliance functions. In his position, Jason is focused on providing the executive leadership team and others within the organization with wide-ranging legal advice on the risks and consequences associated with Company strategies and their implementation, as well as developing and implementing appropriate solutions to mitigate the Company's liability exposure. Jason is responsible for managing the legal function and retaining and supervising the services provided by outside legal counsel. In addition, Jason has responsibility for overseeing the handling of claims against the Company (including the underlying insurance placement and coverage), the review and approval of revenue bids and contracts, and various compliance activities, including adherence to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, drug and alcohol testing, and the Company's ethics helpline. Jason joined Centuri in 2015 as Assistant General Counsel, where he was the primary point of contact for all legal matters for NPL Construction Co. He was promoted to Deputy General Counsel in 2017, and then to Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2018. Before joining Centuri, Jason held the role of Associate General Counsel for Southwest Gas Corporation, providing support on a variety of legal and policy matters including regulatory affairs, administrative proceedings, contracts, bankruptcy, collections, property rights, and litigation. Prior to joining Southwest Gas in 2011, Jason practiced law in the private sector in Nevada and Utah, representing businesses and individuals in various civil and commercial litigation matters for several years. Jason earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and is a member of the State Bars of Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Utah State University.

Julie A. Dill

Julie Dill has a wealth of experience in the energy sector, having served in a number of executive capacities in the natural gas and power industries. Most recently, she served as the Chief Communications Officer of Spectra Energy Corp. (Spectra) from 2013 until the completion of Spectra's merger with Enbridge, Inc. early in 2017. Previously, Ms. Dill served as the Group Vice President of Strategy for Spectra and the President and CEO of Spectra Energy Partners, LP from 2012 until 2013. Prior to that, she served as President of Union Gas Limited in Ontario, Canada from 2007 to 2011. Over her career, she also served in various financial and operational roles with Duke Energy, Duke Energy International, and Shell Oil Company. Ms. Dill has been an independent director of QEP Resources, Inc. since May 2013. In May 2018, she joined the boards of Inter Pipeline Ltd. and Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc., where she serves as a non-executive director. In April 2020, she joined the board of Southern Star Acquisition Corporation. In addition, she is a member of the Advisory Council for the College of Business and Economics at New Mexico State University and participates on the Community Relations Committee of the board of Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas. Ms. Dill was named one of the most powerful businesswomen in Texas in 2016 and one of the top 50 most powerful women in oil and gas in both 2014 and 2015. She was also selected as the Ontario Energy Leader of the Year in 2010, as well as the Distinguished Alumni for the College of Business at New Mexico State University that same year. In addition, she was inducted into the College of Business Hall of Fame in 2000 and selected as one of the top 50 Women in Energy in 2002. In Canada, Ms. Dill spent time as chair for both the Canadian Gas Association and the Ontario Energy Association. She represented Canada on the American Gas Association and ran the Safety committee of the AGA. Ms. Dill holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from New Mexico State University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.

Karen S. Haller

Karen Haller is President and Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Gas Holdings, Inc. In her role as CEO, Ms. Haller leads Southwest Gas' regulated and unregulated businesses. She is responsible for improving financial and operational performance, and implementing the Company's strategy, growth initiatives and investment plans. Her key areas of focus include enhancing safety, service and reliability for our customers, facilitating collaborative Ms. Haller is a member of the State Bars of Arizona, California, and Nevada; the Clark County Bar Association; the American Gas Association; the Western Energy Institute; and the American Corporate Counsel Association. Kathleen M. Mills

Kendra L. Chilton - VP

Kevin is Executive Vice President, Asst. CFO & Treasurer for Centuri Group, Inc. In his position, Kevin manages the corporate finance and accounting departments responsible for financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, and internal controls. He is also actively engaged in M&A with evaluation of target companies, due diligence, transaction financing, and integration. Kevin joined Centuri in 2012 as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for NPL Construction Co. He was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Centuri in 2014 and then Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in 2017. Prior to Centuri, Kevin was CFO for JDM Partners, LLC, a real estate investment holding company. There he was responsible for investor relations and reporting, due diligence, and pro forma modeling of acquisitions, cashflow forecasting, P&L budgeting, tax, insurance, and supervision of the finance and accounting teams. Before that, Kevin served Brown Family Communities as CFO. His financial leadership experience also includes the positions of Vice President of Finance for the Active Adult Division of Shea Homes, Director of Finance and Accounting for Catalytica Energy Systems, Inc., Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Royal Precision, Inc., and Assistant Controller for SunCor Development Company. Matt L. Godfrey

Matt Godfrey is President of US Gas - West for Centuri Group, Inc. He has oversight of Centuri's gas operations in the Western region, which include NPL Construction Co. and Canyon Pipeline. Throughout his career, Matt has accrued nearly 43 years of energy infrastructure experience - all with NPL. Matt started out as a fitter and truck driver in NPL's home state of Minnesota in 1978 and was among the first crews to expand the company to Arizona. Once NPL secured its first blanket gas contract there in 1983, Matt became a General Foreman in Yuma. A year later, he returned to Minnesota to lead crews on a big replacement project and was promoted to Superintendent. By 1994, Matt had become the General Superintendent for all of Minnesota. Returning to Arizona in 1996, Matt advanced in leadership roles to Area Manager in 2006 and then Regional Manager in 2013. He was promoted to his current position in 2021. Matt has been instrumental in growing NPL in the Southwest, especially NPL's relationship with Southwest Gas. He is an active participant in a number of industry associations, including the Arizona Utility Contractors Association, American Gas Association, Western Regional Gas Association, and the Western Energy Institute.

Neil K. Waugh

Neil is President for Centuri Canada Group, Centuri Group, Inc.'s Canadian market segment. He has oversight for the growth and performance of NPL Canada and W.S. Nicholls (WSN Construction). In this role, Neil is focused on building upon the success of NPL Canada and WSN Construction by meeting customers' evolving needs and by growing the business in accordance with Centuri's 2020 strategic plan. Neil joined NPL Canada (renamed from Link-Line Contractors) in 2003 as Vice President. In that role, he contributed to Link-Line's growth from a small gas distribution and utility contractor in Southern Ontario to one of the largest in Canada. After holding the role of Senior Vice President, he was promoted to President in 2018. Prior to NPL Canada, he held roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in a Regional Manager position, at Aecon, a global construction firm providing services to a wide array of industries. Before joining Aecon in 1994, Neil was a pipeline inspector for Union Gas. Neil is a registered Certified Engineering Technologist with the Province of Ontario as well as a Master Electrician. He has been an active member of the Pipe Line Contractors Association of Canada ("PLCAC") since becoming a Director in 2011. He served as President of PLCAC during the 2016-2017 term, and he currently serves on the Executive Committee. Additionally, Neil is Director of the Canadian Pipeline Advisory Council, a Trustee for the Ontario Teamsters Training Fund, and a Trustee of IUOE Local 793 Training Trust Fund.

Nicole S. Thunich - SVP

Nicole is Senior Vice President, Chief Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Officer for Centuri Group, Inc. In her position, Nicole is focused on developing a common integrated management system framework across all business units. In 2022, Nicole was named as one of the Top Women in Safety by American Occupational Safety. Nicole joined Centuri as Vice President, Safety and Quality in September 2017. This was a dual role with her Vice President, Safety, Quality, and Risk position at Centuri's subsidiary NPL Canada Ltd. At NPL Canada, Nicole was responsible for consolidating safety resources across operating companies to leverage synergies in the continued strengthening of the health and safety management system. Nicole was promoted to Senior Vice President, Safety and Quality for Centuri in 2018. Before joining NPL Canada and Centuri, Nicole held leadership roles building risk management and health and safety roadmaps for performance improvement and safety culture development at several organizations, including PepsiCo, Armtec Infrastructure Inc., and most recently Progressive Waste Solutions. Nicole received a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from Ottawa University. She serves on the Delegates Committee of the Board of Directors for National Safety Council and is a member of the Executive Forum for American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP). Paul J. Caudill - CEO, President

Paul is President and Chief Executive Officer for Centuri Group, Inc. He is responsible for the management, strategy, profitable growth, and operation of Centuri and its subsidiaries throughout the U.S. and Canada. In his position, Paul is focused on collaborating with top management and the Southwest Gas Holdings, Inc. Board of Directors to establish, develop, and implement Centuri's mission, vision, strategy, and objectives. This includes re-enforcing Centuri's culture and modeling the values of the organization. Through collaboration with top management to implement strategic objectives and operating plans, Paul continues to build a solid operational and support platform to achieve continuing growth through organic and M&A initiatives. Paul was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Centuri Group, Inc. by Southwest Gas Corporation on April 18, 2016. He has more than 35 years of experience, both domestic and international, in senior leadership of infrastructure engineering and construction companies, much of which has been focused on the natural gas and electric power industries. Most recently, he founded Paul M. Daily & Associates in 2014 serving as an advisor to senior executives and to private equity investors and Boards of Directors in long-term planning and assessment of growth and diversification opportunities, both organic and through mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, Paul was co-founder, Director, and CEO of Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, LLC, a group of operating companies providing infrastructure design and construction services to North American energy clients. Mr. Caudill joined the Berkshire Hathaway Energy family of companies in January 2012 as President of MidAmerican Solar, LLC, where he led development, construction, and operation of three of the largest solar power plants in the world. In November 2013, he relocated to Nevada to lead NV Energy, Inc., following its acquisition by Berkshire Hathaway Energy. During his leadership tenure at NV Energy, the utility did not request from the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada an increase in customer rates and committed to flat or declining prices through 2028. In 2017, Sierra Pacific Power Company, a subsidiary of NV Energy, achieved the #1 ranking in residential customer service among 100 utilities surveyed by Market Strategies International. The company was ranked #2 nationally out of over 100 utilities in large industrial customer service. Transmission and distribution grid performance was ranked in the top decile nationally. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway Energy, Mr. Caudill held executive positions with leading firms in the renewable and alternative energy industries. Mr. Caudill has extensive experience in commercial nuclear power plant operations and received training and career development opportunities with Bechtel Power Corporation. In addition to his role as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Western Folklife Center in Nevada, Mr. Caudill serves on the advisory board of BrightNight Energy. Bob Skaggs is a business leader and former President and CEO of large, multi-state utilities and interstate gas pipeline companies with a track record of repositioning and significantly growing them. His expertise in solving complex problems, creating successful financial, regulatory, and operational strategies, developing senior leadership teams, and driving impactful change has informed all his work. Mr. Skaggs' extensive public board experience includes serving as director for Cloud Peak Energy, Team, Inc., and DTE Energy, chairing the boards of Columbia Pipeline Group (CPG) and Columbia Pipeline Partners (CPPL), and serving as director for NiSource Inc. As President and CEO of NiSource, Mr. Skaggs achieved sustained growth by transforming the company's strategy, relationships, systems, and people. In this role, and subsequently as President and CEO of CPG and CPPL, he oversaw the leadership team that delivered an annual shareholder return of 30% through strategically growing the annual capital investment program from $500 million to $2.5 billion. Equity market value over this period grew from about $2 billion to over $20 billion. Mr. Skaggs also led the 2015 strategic spinoff of CPG from NiSource, including formation of the IPO of CPPL (the largest MLP IPO in history), public financing, and CPG's sale to TransCanada. Focused on developing people and capabilities, Mr. Skaggs built top-performing teams, enhanced stakeholder relationships, ensured organizational alignment, and attained industry-leading employee safety and engagement metrics. Scott Kelly is Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances and Planning at Centuri Group, Inc. In this role, Scott's primary focus is the evaluation of regional growth opportunities for both gas and electric with utility holding companies that are not currently being served by the enterprise. Scott will also champion development of diverse and minority partner solutions. Scott recently served as Vice President of SMS Central Operations for NiSource where he was responsible for SMS Strategy and Governance, including strategies for adherence and industry accreditation. He also led NiSource's SMS contractor alignment approach. Prior to this role, Scott served as Vice President of Supply Chain for NiSource responsible for procurement of $2B of goods and services across seven states, as well as fleet and warehouse services. Prior to NiSource, Scott worked for Dayton Power & Light for 18 years, holding several executive level positions including President of Electric Retail, SVP of Electric Transmission & Distribution, and VP of Shared Services. Steve is President of Centuri Power Group for Centuri Group, Inc. In this role, Steve leads Power Group's operations across the United States, including oversight of Centuri's three operating companies: Linetec Services, National Powerline, and Riggs Distler. Steve is focused on the overall day-to-day performance of Centuri Power Group's electric operations while executing strategies and methods for continuing organic growth, improved performance, and overall profitability. Strategically, he is tasked with differentiating the group in the industry through innovation, diversity, safety, collaboration, and performance. Joining Centuri in 2019, Steve has been instrumental in implementing strategies for Power Group's organic growth, performance, operational excellence, and best-in-class safety. He brings over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry from a wide range of positions at Indianapolis Power and Light, ABB, Inc., Edison Electric Institute, and Par Electrical Contractors. After starting in the field with Indianapolis Power and Light in 1990, he returned to college to earn a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. In 2001, Steve joined ABB, Inc. as Manager of Modular Substation Group and then Director of Power Technologies Services. Following an assignment at the Edison Electrical Institute, Steve joined Par Electrical Contractors, a Quanta Services company, in 2005 as Director of North Central Region.
