Following graduation from the University of Pennsylvania, Tipper spent a decade working with some of New York's most influential interior designers, establishing his own firm in 2007. From offices on Union Square in New York City, Tipper oversees both residential and commercial interiors projects, frequently collaborating with outside architects.
