Dr. Greg White is the director of the Center for Infrastructure Assurance and Security (CIAS) at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and serves as the executive director of the CIAS-ISAO and ISAO Standards Organization. He has a BS in Computer Science from Brigham Young University; an MS in Computer Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology; and a PhD in Computer Science from Texas A&M University. Dr. White has been involved in computer and network security since 1986. He spent 30 years in the Air Force and Air Force Reserves, and helped build the Nation's first undergraduate information warfare laboratory at the U.S. Air Force Academy. At UTSA, he continues to develop and teach courses on computer and network security. In 2012, he was awarded the Air Force Association Distinguished Sustained Aerospace Education Award for his efforts in cybersecurity education. He was also named a Distinguished Fellow of the Information Systems Security Association in 2014. Dr. Greg White is the director of the CIAS at UTSA and serves as the executive director of the CIAS-ISAO and ISAO Standards Organization.

Jeremy West is an advisor for the CIAS-ISAO and ISAO Standards Organization (ISAO SO). In this role, West is a contributing member of the ISAO SO operations staff, while also providing guidance to and oversight of ISAO working groups. He also serves as an Information Security Instructor for the Center for Infrastructure Assurance and Security (CIAS) at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He began with the ISAO SO in 2017 and brings more than 15 years of cybersecurity experience to community cybersecurity programs.

Julian Macy works with community partners to increase awareness of the CIAS cybersecurity information sharing efforts, training initiatives, cyber defense competitions and STEM cybersecurity development programs.

Julina Macy has led the marketing and communication efforts of the Center for Infrastructure Assurance and Security (CIAS) at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) since November 2017. She works with community partners to increase awareness of the center's cybersecurity information sharing efforts, training initiatives, cyber defense competitions and STEM cybersecurity development programs. Prior to the CIAS, Macy directed all internal and external communications, marketing initiatives and branding for the Greater Waco Chamber for nearly five years after working at the international franchise organization, The Dwyer Group, where she managed their internal communication efforts. Julina graduated from the University of Houston in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. Julian Macy works with community partners to increase awareness of the CIAS cybersecurity information sharing efforts, training initiatives, cyber defense competitions and STEM cybersecurity development programs.

Larry Sjelin serves as chief of staff and director of educational game development for the Center for Infrastructure Assurance and Security (CIAS) at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). He also serves in an instrumental role in the Information Sharing and Analysis Organization Standards Organization (ISAO SO), led by the CIAS, to improve the nation's cybersecurity posture by identifying standards and guidelines for robust and effective information sharing to cybersecurity risks, incidents and best practices. Larry Sjelin is the chief of staff of the CIAS-ISAO and the ISAO Standards Organization, as well as the director of educational game development at the CIAS at UTSA.
