David F. Eisner

David F. Eisner has been a highly successful Wall Street executive, high growth CEO, entrepreneur and investor, and served as Assistant Secretary for Management of the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 2018 until 2021. As the chief operating officer of the Departmental Offices of the U.S. Treasury, Mr. Eisner was responsible for leading and executing Department-wide (85,000 person) operations, strategy and budget ($13 billion). In 2020, he played a lead role in the Treasury Department's implementation of the CARES Act, including the establishment of the CARES Operations office under his direct control. In recognition of his contributions to the Treasury and the nation, he was awarded the Department's highest recognition, the Hamilton Medal. Prior to joining the Treasury Department, Mr. Eisner was a private investor, advisor and board member of several emerging technology companies, including serving as the executive chairman of ComplySci from 2016-2018. In 1999, he founded (with the 10 largest investment banks) and served as the chief executive officer of TheMarkets.com LLC, a financial software and data firm, which was sold to The McGraw-Hill Companies in 2010. The sale resulted in a 10x return to the original investors. Mr. Eisner was three times named to Institutional Investor's Online Finance 40, as one of the world's the top fintech innovators. From 1987-1999, after four years as a lawyer at Fried Frank, Mr. Eisner was an investment banker, and later, an executive, at Jefferies & Company. During his six-year tenure as executive vice president, Jefferies' market capitalization grew from $70 million to $1.5 billion. Mr. Eisner had line responsibility for one-third of Jefferies' revenue (fixed income, investment banking, international sales and trading, and research); and, he chaired the firm's risk and underwriting committees, and served as acting chief financial officer (1993-1994). As a banker, he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, and was an early leader in the global corporate governance movement. Mr. Eisner earned a B.S. in accounting and government from American University and he later served on the Board of Trustees. He earned a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he was an editor of the American Journal of Law and Medicine. He has served as the chairperson of several not-for-profit organizations.

John Gebauer

As the President of National Regulatory Services and a key member of the Accuity executive team, John Gebauer led the evolution of NRS into the nation's leader in compliance solutions and services for financial services firms. Joining NRS in 1992 as the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President, Gebauer guided the development and implementation of industry leading software solutions that allowed Investment Advisers and Broker Dealers to remain in compliance atop of evolving state and federal rules and regulations. From early releases of the E-Z Registration software, to the integration of acquired solutions such as ComplianceMAX and the FIRE Solutions Blaze Platform, and guiding innovations in Blue Sky technology, Gebauer has positioned NRS as the leader in education, technology and consulting-based solutions and services. Prior to joining NRS, Gebauer served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Mycroft, Inc., and as a Systems Engineer for the Grumman corporation where he oversaw the deployment of large-scale military satellites, and developed the algorithms used to determine the internal effects of multi-dimensional movement of objects in space. Gebauer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Columbia University and has completed graduate studies in Systems Engineering at Polytechnic Institute.

Mike founded illumis in 2015 and led its growth into the leading platform for pay-to-play regulatory compliance through its acquisition by ComplySci in 2021. As President of illumis, Mike leads the team's continued product development and innovation, and helps support the broad range of customers relying upon illumis's data products. Prior to illumis, Mike led Tenacity Strategies, a boutique crisis communications and strategic communications firm he founded, where he helped advise leading political figures, organizations, companies and nonprofits on some of their most difficult challenges. He previously served as a senior advisor and staffer for a decade on political and issue campaigns around the country.

Sari Granat

Sari Granat is Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at IHS Markit, a global provider of information, analytics and technology solutions to major industries. She is responsible for the company's legal, compliance, enterprise risk, information security, information technology and infrastructure functions and leads global teams of more than 800. Sari joined Markit in 2012 and, in the legal and compliance roles she has led since then, saw the firm through its IPO in 2014, its transformational merger of equals with IHS in 2016 and its pending merger with S&P Global. Before Markit, Sari managed the legal and business development functions at TheMarkets.com LLC. After coordinating the sale of TheMarkets.com business to S&P Financial, she oversaw the divestiture and winding down of the company's retained operations. She has served in senior legal and strategy positions at various media and technology companies including Dow Jones & Company and Kaplan, Inc., where she led technology strategy for the company. Sari started her career as an associate in the antitrust and competition group at Skadden in New York. Sari is currently on the board of Opening Act, a not for profit that provides free afterschool theater and improv programs to students in NYC's most troubled high schools. She also serves on the General Counsel Steering Committee for the National Association of Corporate Counsels and on the CxO advisory board at VMWare. Sari was honored by Legal Momentum, the women's legal defense and education fund, at the organization's 2018 Aiming High event and was a 2020 Recipient of HERoes Women Role Model Executive award (sponsored by Yahoo! Sunil also managed product strategy and execution for StayWell and PowerMyLearning.com and spent eight years with McGraw Hill Education as Vice President of MHHE Digital Technology, leveraging his strong understanding of customer learning habits to create valuable instructional applications, integrations, assessments, and resource materials for purchase. Earlier in his career, Sunil worked as a technology consultant for BBC Technology, LLT and iXL Inc., where his clients included National Public radio (NPR), Fox Filmed Entertainment, ESPN, PricewaterhouseCoopers (Global Knowledge Management Group and Learning Group), and The Golf Channel.

Wendy's expertise extends from building accounting teams to evaluating buy side and sell side M&A, primarily for private equity back portfolio companies. Prior to ComplySci, Ms. Fraulo founded Abingdon Square Partners, a finance and accounting consulting firm that specializes in providing outsourcing services and assisting private equity portfolio teams, venture capitalists and management teams, after serving as CFO of publicly traded OTC Markets Group for four years. Prior to OTC, Wendy spent twelve years in public accounting at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche in their Assurance and M&A Transaction Services focused on Technology, Media and Telecom.
