David Liu - Managing Director

Mr. Liu assisted Mr. Harry Huang in promoting and participating in the listing of famous Chinese high-tech companies such as Sina, NetEase, Sohu and Ctrip on NASDAQ, and is very familiar with the US capital market and related persons. In 2002, he was invited to participate in the research group of "Small and Medium Enterprises Listing Research" of the Development Research Center of the State Council of China as the deputy team leader. The research results were handed over to the State Council to issue relevant policies in 2004, and the "Guidelines For Chinese Small And Medium Sized Companies To go Public Overseas" was published by the China Development Press of the State Council. In 2011, at the invitation of Tsinghua University in Beijing, he established the "Center for Industries and Capital Research" as the funding director, providing advice to the government and guidance for enterprises, such as standardizing corporate governance, integrating advantageous resources, enhancing competitiveness, investment and financing, and counseling for listing, etc. service, familiar with Hong Kong and China capital markets and related people, assisting and serving the government and enterprises, and exerting a huge influence! In cooperating with internationally renowned accounting firms, law firms, investment banks, funds, etc., it demonstrates communication, coordination and teamwork, and all professional teams are affirmed and supported! Mr. Liu graduated from the Graduate School of the University of California in Engineering and Management. In recent years, he has trained and assigned several volunteer teaching teams composed of college students from mainland China and Taiwan to educate left-behind children in remote, economically underdeveloped and ethnic minority areas such as Yunnan and Sichuan in mainland China. It is quite successful!

Doreen Davis

Ms Davis currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Capital Market Advisors, Inc. More recently, Ms. Davis has been responsible for consulting on global new business development in the alternative asset space, working closely with international hedge fund managers and major institutional investors. Ms Davis has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry holding senior management positions at the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and the American Stock Exchange. Before her role as an advisor for CMAIUS, she was the vice president at NASDAQ International. As a frequent speaker at conferences and media events, Ms. Davis brings with her an important understanding of the U.S. and international financial markets and an extensive network of relationships in the investment and corporate communities. Ms. Davis holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Fordham University and received Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas in Austin. She also has a minor in History from Vanderbilt University. She is also a Board member of The Young Women's League of New Canaan, a philanthropic organization based in the United States.

Mr. Harry Huang - EVP

Mr. Huang currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Capital Markets Advisors, Inc. He has over 30 years of China and International experiences in financial and engineering industries. Prior joining Capital Markets Advisors, he served as a Managing Director of NASDAQ Stock Market and the first NASDAQ Chief Representatives to China. In his years at NASDAQ, he introduced and marketed NASDAQ to young hi-tech start-up companies in China and created the first wave of listings of Chinese hi-tech companies on NASDAQ Stock Market that included Netease, Sohu, Sina.com & etc. Before joining NASDAQ, Mr. Huang has worked for various companies in China including Oticon and Scandinavia Asia Investment and in Silicon Valley including LSTI and BMI. Before moving to United States, he was the deputy director for China Instrument Import and Export Corporation under the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Economic of People's Republic of China, now Ministry of Commerce. Trained as an Aerospace Engineer, Mr. Huang started his career in China's National Rocket Program under the Ministry of Aerospace Industry. Mr. Huang was the guest speaker at various conferences on Capital Markets in China. He was also invited by various city governments to advice on various economic topics. Mr. Huang received a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Eastern China Aviation Engineering College and. He also studied MBA at Business School of San Francisco State University. He was also a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University and Santa Clara University in United States. He also received Acoustic Engineering Training at Bruel & Kjaer in Denmark. He is a member of IEEE and American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Mr. John T. Wall - Chairman, Founder

Mr. Wall founded Capital Markets Advisors Inc. after a 37 years career with NASD and the NASDAQ Stock Market, to provides financial market advisory services in December 2002. He currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of the company. Mr. Wall is also the Co-Chairman of World Trade Center Dulles Airport Capital Advisors, Inc., a position that Mr. Wall has held since its inception in January 2008. Prior from founding his own company, Mr. Wall served in various management roles at the NASD, Inc. and the NASDAQ Stock Market from 1965 to 2002, most recently serving as President of NASDAQ International, Ltd. He also has served in a management role in the founding of The NASDAQ Stock Market since its inception in 1971. He was responsible for its international expansion into Europe, Latin America, Asia and Canada, which has been an essential part of NASDAQ's growth.

Roger Huang

Mr. Huang is the Director of Marketing and Operations and Advisor of Capital Markets Advisors, Inc. He is also currently a director of Nu Cybertek in the United States responsible for the company's marketing and business development. Previously, he was the project manager in China at the Swiss HBM Biomedical Venture Capital Fund, responsible for the discovery, due diligence and investment of investment projects; during the period, he was responsible for the project of the establishment of a biomedical investment partnership between HBM Fund and Tianjin Haitai in Tianjin and Shanghai Pudong Technology Investment Co., Ltd. Participated in the projects of the HBM Global Biomedical Fund. The investment projects include Shanghai Kaise Biotech, Liaoning Nokang Pharmaceuticals and American VTI Corporation, among which Nokang Pharmaceuticals has been listed on NASDAQ in the United States. Mr. Huang has rich professional background and experience in the field of equity investment. Mr. Huang graduated from California State University's School of Business Administration with a bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Finance. He used to be an assistant to the executive director of the Advanced Business Administration School of the California State University Business School and a quality inspection engineer of Quanta Computer (USA) Co., Ltd.
