Todd is a native of Oklahoma City and graduated from Eastern Oklahoma State College where he was a member of the track team. After numerous years in commercial printing and new residential customer service and sales, Todd formed a delivery company focused on automotive service material distribution. Todd recently joined Coldwater Creek Homes in August 2021 where he is excited to return to new residential home building. In his spare time, Todd enjoys coaching little league sports, travel, and spending time with his wife and son.

God has blessed me with a Beautiful, supportive wife, three awesome kids and a deep passion to build the highest quality homes to suit all walks of life. I started home building in 2008 with a small Edmond homebuilding company and helped build that company to one of the top 10 home builders in central Oklahoma. I was Blessed in 2019, I had the opportunity to purchase my own company and set Coldwater Creek Homes on a course I believed in. I believe in trust and integrity between the homebuyer, the trade partner, the vendors, the lending institutions and Coldwater Creek. The mass majority of my trade partners have been with me since the beginning of my journey in 2008 that loyalty and retention has helped Coldwater Creek Home deliver consistently the best home for your family.
