Ashley Quince was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She attended Wildwood Middle School and graduated from Marymount High School.
She received her BA from Bard College in Liberal Arts & Film Production. While enrolled in Bard's film program Ashley studied under the tutelage of renowned film professors, Kelly Reichardt and Peter Hutton. She graduated with a Master's Degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California's Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
Ashley has worked as a Producer at BuzzFeed Motion Pictures and unscripted television production at NBCUniversal Television. She has also worked in scripted television development at Paramount+, A24, and HBO, along with film acquisitions at Searchlight Pictures, and Focus Features.
In 2021, Ashley became one of the six participants chosen to join Diverse Representation's first cohort of the Black Entertainment Executives Pipeline program, sponsored by major civil rights nonprofit Color of Change.
Ashley began her career in the mailroom at Creative Artists Agency and is now the Program Administrator for Hollywood, Health & Society.

Bruce Evans was named Executive Vice President of 25 Stories Productions in Fall, 2021. At 25 Stories, Bruce works in concert with successful producers, Jenny Lumet and Alex Kurtzman, to amplify the voices of writers of color and bring their diverse television projects to the screen.
Prior to 25 Stories, Bruce Evans served as Executive Vice President, Current Programming, NBC Entertainment. As Head of Current Programming, Evans helped shepherd new shows like "Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist". Evans was also involved in the production of NBC hit series such as "This Is Us", "Brooklyn Nine-Nine", "Chicago Fire", "The Blacklist", "New Amsterdam" and "Manifest", as well as the Emmy-winning daily serial drama, "Days of Our Lives". In the past, Bruce has also overseen the popular series "Grimm", "Heroes", "Crossing Jordan", "Medium", and the entire Law and Order franchise.
An NBC veteran for 25 years, Evans had previously served as Senior Vice President, Current Programming, NBC Entertainment since 2007, Vice President, Current Series, NBC Entertainment, since July 2000, Director, Prime-Time Series, NBC Entertainment, since 1998, Manager, Prime-Time Series, NBC Entertainment, since August 1997, and Associate, Prime-Time Series, since August 1996. He joined NBC in September 1995 as Coordinator, Prime-Time Series.
In 2000, he joined forces with his industry peers as the Co-founder of Colour Entertainment. The Colour Entertainment Group is a non-profit organization dedicated to maximizing the potential of executives of color who work in the entertainment industry.
Before joining NBC, Evans served as the Special Assistant to the Executive Director of the National Association of County Health Officials in Washington D.C. Prior to that position, he was employed as an assistant buyer for the May Department Stores Washington D.C subsidiary, Hecht's.
A native of New Haven, Connecticut, Evans received a bachelor's degree in public policy from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management. Evans is the proud father of 10-year-old twins and currently resides in Studio City, Calif.

Eric Kim is currently the Executive Vice President of Current Programs at CBS Television. In that capacity, he oversees current primetime and daytime programming on the network and for the studio. He has been at CBS since 2011. Prior to CBS, Eric worked in live action series for Nickelodeon and Teen Nick. Eric was Vice President of Programming at the CW and part of the creative team that launched the new network. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, Eric got his start in the entertainment industry working for director Jonathan Demme in New York.

As the SVP of Talent Development for Warner Media Entertainment Kelly Edwards oversees all emerging artist programs for HBO, HBOMax and Turner. Prior to HBO, Edwards served as a corporate diversity executive at Comcast/NBC Universal where she oversaw over 20 divisions.
Edwards' career has spanned both television and film having produced a Hallmark MOW and a network drama series after serving as the SVP of Comedy for UPN. She graduated from Vassar College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater and MFA in Screenwriting at Emerson College.

Moreno is a Senior Vice President of Current Series for Warner Bros Television where she serves as a creative executive on broadcast, pay cable and streaming scripted series produced by the studio.
As an accomplished Media Executive she has produced award winning shows (Scripted and Unscripted) for international and US markets. Most recently she was the Head of Latin American content for YouTube Originals, overseeing global series and events for the streamer. Previously, Margie served as the Vice President of Production and Development for NBC Universo, led the US division of International Production Company, Promofilm/Globomeda, and held various posts at such notable media companies as TBS Superstation, Lionsgate Television and Mandalay Entertainment. As Former Chair of NALIP, Margie helped launch the Diverse Women In Media Initiative, currently serves as the Vice Chair of Colour Entertainment, Co-Founded the Women's Accelerator program to support professional women, and is the Western Regional Board Vice Chair of Step Up Women's Network (a non-profit that supports under-resourced teens to become successful professional women).

Rafael Garcia serves as Vice President, Original Series Development, Disney Channel. Promoted in March 2020, Garcia is responsible for developing live-action series with an emphasis on finding emerging content creators, for both Disney Channels and Disney+.
Rafael joined Disney in 2012 and was most recently Executive Director, Original Series where he oversaw creative development and production of live action series including Fast Layne, Mech-X4 and Gamer's Guide. Garcia began his career at Nickelodeon rising to Director, Current Series where he supervised live-action, animated and music-based programming.
He holds a B.A. in Journalism from Baruch College, New York.
Rose Catherine is currently a consultant at BET in the Original Programming Department where she is charged with developing new scripted content for the network as well as overseeing current productions in recent years including Being Mary Jane, Real Husbands of Hollywood, New Edition, Tales and most recently this season's new shows American Soul and Boomerang.
Before BET, Rose Catherine held roles at ABC Network, VP, Development and Original Programming at TV Land, Head of Television and Producer at Cinema Gypsy Productions, and VP of Programming & Production at TV One.
Rose Catherine received an M.B.A. in Entertainment Management and Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management and has a B.A. in sociology with an emphasis in Communications and Economics from Princeton University in Princeton, NJ.
Rosie Buada (they/them) currently manages the Executive Office of Joe Drake, Chair of Lionsgate Motion Picture Group (MPG). Most recently, they were selected by the MPG Inclusive Content team to join the 2023 Cohort of the Relevance Inclusion & Impact Lens Board (RIIL). Rosie also serves on the board of the Lionsgate PRIDE Employee Resource Group.
After getting their start in independent film and scripted television, Rosie moved up to theatrical marketing strategy at 20th Century Fox. Their love of animation led to Stoopid Buddy Stoodios before the live entertainment department at The Magic Castle in Hollywood. Transitioning into the c-suite with Peter Guber at Mandalay Entertainment, Rosie supported all the Chairman's revenue streams including film, television, speaking engagements, major league sports (LA Dodgers, Golden State Warriors, LA Football Club), and esports (aXiomatic Team Liquid).
Rosie is from the San Francisco Bay Area, a first-generation college graduate from a Filipinx-Latinx immigrant family. Growing up in a diverse artistic community sparked a passion for narrative storytelling and amplifying underrepresented voices. They received a Bachelor of Arts from CSU Sacramento in Communication Studies focusing on Public Relations, Film Criticism, and Ethnic Theater.
