For the last 15 years he has played the role of the Strategic HR Leader. He has worked across FMCG, IT Services and Retail Sectors and understands the value of Customer Centricity. He also strongly believes that in services sector "Employee Centricity" is the key to business success. In addition to making HR as a strategic function in his previous roles, Piyush has been instrumental in creating Employment Opportunities for differently-abled persons.
