Caitlin joined Consumer Links in September 2023 with a passion for people and recruitment.
She obtained a Bachelor of Administration degree and used this to move into the project management and recruitment field.
She continues to strive for excellence and change the dynamic of recruitment.

Finn joined Consumer Links in August 2023 to drive the firm's growth strategy.
Hailing from West Yorkshire, Finn has previously spent 5 years working in a BPO environment in South Africa and returns to Durban as our Head of Site at Consumer Links.
Finn's background is in operations within FCA-regulated claims management and financial services organisations; he held an FCA Senior Manager Function in a previous role.
He's also got significant experience in training and recruitment. Finn studied at the University of Manchester and also has a year of experience working in the Cayman Islands.
Leah joined Consumer Links in October 2020 as a customer service representative and immediately showed the potential of having a promising future within the business.
Leah's ongoing exceptional performance as an advisor and her hunger to grow soon saw her being promoted to a Trainer.
Leah has since gone on to become a vital pillar within the Development Centre that was launched in September 2023.
Leah has played a crucial role in onboarding our first USA client as well as supporting our new staff across the business during their development phase.
Leah's knowledge of all the campaigns and her rigorous approach to coaching has been instrumental in setting up our new hires for success
Nikita joined Consumer Links in September 2020 as a HR Administrator.
Nikita has added the role of Payroll specialist to her repertoire.
Nikita ensures that the business is kept true in accordance to the Labour Laws of South Africa and works with the Heads of the Business on ensuring the processes of the business are being adhered to.
Nikita enjoys working on defining the culture and values as well as writing policies and procedures that align with the business objectives.
Nikita also works tirelessly towards achieving true diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Rhea joined Consumer Links in January 2023 as a Trainer.
Rhea has been upskilled on all of the campaigns within the business, and plays a crucial role in onboarding new staff by hosting inductions and conducting new hire training groups.
Rhea also helps drive the engagement within the business by being part of the Engagement Team, ensuring that the fun factor is a continued element of the Consumer Links culture.
Rhea's passion for Learning & Development has allowed her to expand her skills by creating content for various campaigns which has resulted in much praise from our clients.
