Dave Deborde

Dave Deborde is the SVP- Governance, Compliance & Risk at Members Choice Credit Union. In addition to serving as the treasurer of the Continuing the Legacy Foundation, he sits on the board for the Ashland Alliance, The Neighborhood, Community Hospice and sits on both the Committee and OME Councils for the Credit Union National Association. He joined the OLBH Foundation in 2016 and is excited to see what the future holds for CTL.

Dr. Mary Catherine Flath

  • Professor of Anatomy
Dr. Mary Catherine Flath is a Professor of Anatomy and Physiology, and has been teaching at Ashland Community & Technical College since 1994. She received her B.S. in Biology from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN (1984), and her Ph.D. in Pathology from the Medical University of SC, Charleston, SC (1991). At ACTC, Mary Cat serves as Associate of Science Program Coordinator, General Education Science Assessment Leader, Team Leader for the Alzheimer's Memory Walk, Making Strides to End Breast Cancer Walk, and March of Dimes Walk Teams. Mary Cat supports many other community agencies and charitable organizations. Mary Cat currently serves on Continuing The Legacy (formerly Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital')s Foundation Board, she served on OLBH's Board of Directors, from 2009-2017, and Chaired the Board's Quality Improvement Committee from 2010-2017. Mary Cat has been President of Epsilon Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma, a Key Women Educators Society, for ten of the last twelve years, and she is DKG Kentucky State Recording Secretary. Mary Cat is married to husband Al (36 years), and her pride and joy is her son Allen, age 26.

Geoffrey Griffith

Geoffrey and his wife of 20 years Katie, both lifelong residents of the area, and their three sons Landon (14), Tyson (10), and Roman (7) live in Russell. Geoffrey is a graduate of Greenup County High School and the University of Kentucky. He has 20 plus years of experience in public accounting and holds four professional certifications; Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and Charted Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Geoffrey is a partner with Kelley Galloway Smith Goolsby, PSC of Ashland, one of the top ten largest firms in Kentucky. His other community activates included serving as a board member for KY Society of CPAs, Bellefonte Country Club, Helping Hands of Greenup, and Ashland Alliance Young Professionals. He is a past board member of Bon Secours Kentucky (OLBH). He and his family attend Holy Family Catholic Church.

Jenifer Cantrell

Jenifer Cantrell is a Greenup, KY, native and currently lives in Worthington, KY with her son Drew. She attended Georgetown College and Ohio University where she received her Bachelor's of Business Administration. She has managed the Bellefonte Centre for 16 years and is also the property and asset manager for several other properties in the area. She joined the OLBH Foundation board in 2019 and is excited to be serving on the new Foundation's board.

Kim Nall

Kimberly "Kim" Nall was born and raised in the Russell, Kentucky. She is married to Rodd Nall and they have 4 wonderful children - Deanna, Darien, Trent, and Jax. She graduated from Russell High School in 1991 and from Eastern Kentucky University in 1996. She chose long-term care as her career path in 1997 and is still loving it! Woodland Oaks in Ashland was her 1st long-term care job. She started out as the bookkeeper there and became a licensed nursing home administrator in 1999. She left Woodland Oaks from 2002-2004 to be the Administrator at Oakmont Manor in Flatwoods, KY. In 2004, She went back to Woodland Oaks where she was the Administrator until July of 2018. In July of 2018, she left her Administrator career to become the Compliance Officer for Management Advisors, Inc. where they oversee 9 long-term care facilities. She is proud to serve on the Continuing the Legacy Foundation Board and so happy this board will continue to serve our community!

Luann Serey

Luann has lived in the Ashland area most of her life and recently retired from Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital as President of the Foundation. She spent nearly 35 years at the hospital working with the volunteers, marketing, and community events. Her final few years at OLBH were with the Foundation. She currently sits on the Members Choice Credit Union Board and is a member of Ashland Holy Family Church. In the past, she has sat on numerous boards and committees but her main focus for the next year will be involvement with the new Continuing the Legacy Foundation.
